Nearly a year ago, my world was turned upside down. I was miserable for months. As a result of my super sad feels, my body shriveled into a weak, little thing. And of course other people had plenty to say about it. I can’t tell you how many times people said to me, ”You need to eat something,” or “You lost your butt.” I don’t think these people intended to be mean, but those kinds of comments ARE mean. These annoyingly, eye-roll worthy selfies are my way of saying fuck you to all the people who criticized my body when I was an emotional wreck. Now that my emotional health is back on track, I’m working on getting my physical health back on track too. I had no drive to workout today... It's the activity I love the most, but just wanted to relax after work!! It's on these days when working out is the most important! My best results in any facet of my life has come when I did something I didn't want to do! .

Let me tell you about today: I was grumpy and super irritable...I hate feeling this way- what’s worse is that I am fully aware that I’m grumpy and sometimes I can’t change it, no matter how hard I try 🤷🏻♀️ I didn’t want to come workout, but here I am. Needless to say, it took me 1.5 hours to get through my quick workout haha. I just took my time and tried to enjoy being here. Does the gym fix everything? Nope. I thought id feel better, but honestly, I’m still kind of grumpy 😫but I am a little LESS Grumpy than before - so ill take it! 😊Just felt like I had to share this because there are days I don’t wanna workout and I’m crabby and I don’t even feel better after I work out. It is what it is and I refuse to accept the grump so on to the next activity to try and dump the grump: hot bath, glass of wine and then to sleep this off. Yup. I haven't posted my ab routine in a very long time (mostly because I don't do a whole lot for them 🤷♂️) but today I only focused on this single movement and it got me feeling like I was punched everywhere in the ab region already! Congratulations to Nigary Thompson, *WINNER of the 360MBS Bucks raffle for the month of October!! Nigary started at 360 MBS, in July 2016. She began with taking the Barre Workshops w/Anietra. She then tried something different and joined Anietra's team for "Dance Camp". After much thought and discussion, she decided to become a member and join the Bikini Challenge in January. Since that time, she has lost approximately 30 pounds! We commend her on her hard work and it shows.
