I’ll try to keep this brief(ish) 👉🏼 Last January I woke up feeling miserable, anxious, and uncomfortable in my own skin. All things that radiate outwards when you’re not feeling your best. I started a brand new job and was back in my favorite city, but I was still unhappy. Eating healthy and going to the gym regularly is a huge factor in keeping my anxiety levels down and my confidence up. Yes, I bake on Sundays for my roommates (and myself because I make a mean batch of 🍪) and have days where I don’t feel like working out. But changing my overall lifestyle and feeling good in my skin AND mind has been a journey I committed to a year ago. I’m not perfect and I still have a long way to go, but it’s just the beginning, and you have to start somewhere. I also just finished watching #SimplyComplicated on YouTube. If you need inspiration, start there. @ddlovato, thank you for being a strong an inspirational icon, who reminds us that the most important & healthy relationship we can have is with ourselves. 💪🏼❤️
It’s Demo Day!!! Haha I just love saying that! Today marks the day I’ve been waiting for, for so long! Ripping out these old nasty white tile countertops and getting things prepped for pretty white quartz going in!!🙌🏻 More Picts via my instastories!
Practice maintaining ur center thru everything. Broke my skates on the last day of pop up ice rink session. No worries I added a lil red tape and maintained for now. Looking to try some @moxirollerskates #iceskates now!! @ookiii got me to maintain my #sitspin on ice a lil better and now I look forward to trying the new technique on my #rollerskating . I'm so sad my holiday learning to b an iceskater session is over. It made Christmas time even more thrilling. Stay tuned for vids of Trey and I on ice Both with broken skates. Haha
