Ending my weekend in gratitude & I hope you are too 🙏🏼 This weekend I attended my first hot yin yoga classes since I injured my knee (over about 2 months ago now). I can't even begin to describe all of the emotions I experienced returning to the yoga room, even if I am still unable to do a bunch of the poses. I am so thankful for the instructors for being so understanding. I am so thankful for my body and its ability to heal itself after my injury. I was so thankful today that during my class, for just a moment, I could actually enjoy the stretch, instead of focusing on the pain ❤️ That nearly brought me to happy tears, because I haven't had to not think about my pain in a long time. If you've read this far - I encourage you take a moment and think of one thing this weekend that you're grateful for ☺️ So often in life we can tend to forget about the little things, and it can be humbling to think of those small reasons that contribute to our happiness and are reasons to be thankful. Happy Sunday babes 😘

When I first started coaching it was because I wanted to be more accountable to my own health and wellness journey. The cherry on top was meeting others who were interested in my “realistic” journey, and interested in reaching their own “realistic” goals.👌🏼 Fast forward to today, my why is even BIGGER than ever before. Yes, I am more accountable to myself but, I get to share the same JOY in HELPING others reach their goals as well!!🎉 I always tell people to set realistic goals, here is a great example of one of my challengers who started from day 1 being “realistic” so they didn’t get discouraged. By being “realistic”, it is much easier to see the results and achieve them in a reasonable amount of time.⏰ It is so important to remember that everyone is different. We all start our journeys with different struggles which means everyone hits different goals at different times. Whether that be losing inches first, then weight or vice versa. 🙌🏼 The best thing you can do is be “realistic” with yourself! 🤗
This is so true. Especially to me and how I feel when I'm confronted with one of the many things that raises my anxiety. I have to push through it and be strong enough to let myself be uncomfortable until it's all done and over with. It's little triumphs like that...
I’ve had an extreme set back today. Wasn’t feeling myself from the moment I woke up. My anxiety was kicking in, and I literally stayed in bed all day even though I have a million things on my to do list. 🙄But I really needed this time to put myself back on track. I see this day as productive because it allowed me to mentally prepare for the week ahead. My mind is as important as my body and cleaning the house right? 😂❤️🙄 lets just say yes 😆👊🏽
I hope everyone else had a more productive Sunday than I did !!🍵🌅#readytostartanewwee#mindovermatter#thinkpositively#happythoughts#betterdays#fitness#bbg#onedayatatime
Recently, I’ve been working really hard on my life, on my self. I wanted to find my spirit again, I wanted to feel good about myself (which, who knows me, understands how hard it is for me).
I struggle everyday with my love for my life and my personal need for affection and it only gets harder somehow. But I’m growing. I’m turning into this sort of little woman who is ready to open her wings when the right time comes.
It’s time for me to find the time to do things that I want to do rather than only things I have to do. I know I deserve the best I can give myself, and I will make sure of it.
Just sending #love#peace and #positivevibes out there to all my people who need a reason to smile, be grateful, be appreciative of the life they are building , but also to those who need a kick in the a$$ to finally wake up and make the most of their life💗
Trust the timing of your own life.
We have this internal pressure to be somewhere, to become somebody, to have someone love us and this creates a sense of urgency. We're always feeling this upward shift to get "there" faster than everyone else. We look at others and compare ourselves, ponder catching up to them, but never make it and judge our own flow and timing. It's a challenge when we live in a society where faster is better and it diminishes our perspective on how much value there is in taking our time and appreciate our own moments. That right there is where the wisdom of our soul and society resides. So find your own pace, trust it and honor it. #SundayThoughts
“The best thing to hold onto in life is each other” - Audrey Hepburn👌🏻 It’s important to value the relationships in our lives. Whether it’s a friend or fiancé, sister or significant other, share a kind word with them today letting them know how much you value them💞
I’ve been seeing so many bride-to-bes out there and I’d love to help you pick our jewelry for your big day and/or bridesmaid gifts for your girls! I posted a simpler silver look the other day that I think works well for a little extra sparkle✨ 🥂
Today, I’m featuring a gold tone necklace that can be separated from its other half as well as reversed to all metal if you’re not feeling the need for the bling on a daily basis☺️
Angelic: 1 necklace, at least 8 different ways it can be worn (6 showed here)
The beautiful weather, nevermind the chilly nights, has really helped uplift my spirits. Bringing the true me back after months of feeing blah and stressed, feels great. We all get stressed and life challenges us, but we have a choice to rise above and push forward. I'm working on just that and I feel great. #positivevibes#keepyourheadup#lifeisgood#happythoughts#selfie
