Isidro tiene 12 años y trabaja desde los 8. Hace dos semanas, Isidro se cortó con un machete mientras segaba mazorca en el campo. La herida no era demasiado grande y sus padres decidieron que "sanaría por sí misma". La mano le dolía y le dolía, hasta que hace cuatro días se hinchó y empezó la fiebre. Hoy finalmente lo trajeron a la clínica. Desinfectamos la herida, definimos una terapia adecuada con antibióticos, vencimos la fiebre y planeamos su recuperación. Hasta que no se mejore completamente, Isidro vendrá a la clínica cada día desde el pueblito de Santa Ana, que queda a una hora de la clínica. Breakfast is super important but sometimes people just aren't hungry.
I try to make sure I at least have a piece of fruit or a bit of oatmeal or something just to get some food in my belly-and a (few) glasses of water. (I know some people don't like eating when they aren't hungry, but I have this odd stomach acid-lung breathing problem and my head hurts when I don't eat or have some sugar and water every couple hours, so I always have to force something back.) Also for those of you into weight loss, getting your digestive system and metabolism started first thing helps your burn more energy throughout the day. ••• I had this bowl full of mango, but I was too preoccupied with enjoying this beautiful day to take a photo of it before I started eating ahaha.
HAPPY MONDAY! I created this page so I could post more freely about my training and food adventures. And hopefully connect with some like minded people. I'm just a young lady finishing my bachelor's in human health and performance who spends copious amounts of time watching Food Network. I would also classify myself as that one crazy person who goes to the gym at 4 AM. What can I say, I'm a morning person 🤗 I love love love Mondays because this day sets the tone for my week. Vamos a receita!?
Misturei numa panelinha 200 ml de leite de côco + 1 xic de leite em pó sem lactose ( quem não tiver, pode usar normal) + 1 cs de óleo de côco + 1/2 xic de soft sugar (usei da @chocolifealimentosfuncionais , mas vc pode usar outro adoçante de sua preferência ) + 1/2 xic de coco ralado.
Mexendo até engrossar. Atenção, não deixe ferver.
Geladeira por 2 horas.
Unte as mãos com óleo de coco para moldar as coxinhas, e deixe os morangos beeem sequinhos antes de agregar ao docinho, para não virar uma meleca só. Fica perfeito com uvas, kiwi... basta inventar 🍓🥝🍇🍒🍐
