I love me some wall-walks but I know a lot of people struggle with them at first, not only strength-wise but coordinating the walking on your hands and being upside down thing. Understandable 😝. Start with plank walk-outs and also work on pike holds or handstand holds for increasing strength/muscle endurance. Oh and make sure you warm-up your wrists and shoulders, please.

I'm aware the hop-overs look kinda goofy but they burrrn your shoulders. One of mon favori upper body 'cardio' exercises. Try and take off quickly from each side but get as much 'air time' as you can.

Philippe was travelling for work most of last week, so this morning all he wanted was a big, green smoothie 💚  We've been trying a few from the @bewellbykelly Body Love book, and adapted this one off her Apples and Almond Butter recipe. Perfect way to kick start this weekend 🤸 🤸‍♀️ 🤸 |RECIPE|
Serves ✌️
- 2 cups unsweeted vanilla almond milk
- 2 handfuls kale
- 2 scoops @primalkitchenfoods vanilla collagen fuel
- 3 tbsp organic almond butter
- 4 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 cored apple
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in @vitamix and top with @purely_elizabeth granola and @goodmixfoods blend. Dig in!

NO BAKE TAHINI PROTEIN BALLS! I got bored so I just went to the kitchen and tried to make up a recipe for some protein balls that I could snack on to satisfy my boredom! Haha you know... just another typical day with me and my hungry self 🤷🏻‍♀️ But really, it’s so fun inventing new recipes and getting creative in the kitchen! 🙌🏼❤️ btw... 9 days till Christmas 😉

INGREDIENTS:
❤️3 pitted dates
💚1 tbs of tahini
❤️1/2 banana
💚1 tsp cinnamon
❤️1/2 tbs flaxseeds
💚1-2 tbs chopped walnuts
❤️1/2 cup of oatmeal
💚A dash of water 
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend up all the ingredients except the walnuts together (but don’t over do it). 2. When the ingredients are combined well, it’s consistency should be sort of gooey/mushy. Mix in the walnuts with the mixture.
3. Roll the mixture in balls and place them on a plate.
4. Place the plate in the freezer and chill for 30-40 minutes until the mixture has become pretty solid (not gooey or messy) and easy to bite.
5. Eat 🙌🏼

The feedback I got from the ladies was that eating healthy desserts is easy and doable, and making the switch to gluten free and dairy as well as sugar free is attainable. A bag of power greens from Trader Joe's + leftover roasted butternut squash + toasted pecan chips + homemade dressing = the easiest side ever that looks really fancy but was a last minute decision and came together in less than five minutes. 🌿 cheese danablu
🌿 romaine lettuce 🌿 red leaf lettuce 🌿 arugula
🌿 walnut
🌿 maple syrup
🌿 sunflower seeds
 Fry chicken breast in a pan until it cooked. Slice the pear. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Grind the nuts. Mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle it with maple syrup. Add seeds on top. 🥗
