Our house does not feel like a #home and I believe its from the lack of photos. In this rental we cannot hang anything up on the walls and it sucks. Its an empty feeling. Slowly we are getting photos and displaying them nicely around. They are definitely making us smile!

🍴1/19/18 Food!!!🍴 Weird day yesterday. Tried to see a movie & go to lunch with the hubby, since it RARELY happens. Prepared for it by having a low cal breakfast of leftover choc chip 🥞, and even packed a bunch of healthy snacks to munch on during the movie so I wouldn’t be starving at lunch and eat the world. Poor #badbaby got sick at the sitter, so we left barely an hour into the movie. Poor hubby will have to wait to see #starwars ! So for lunch I made some grilled turkey & cheese sandwiches, and ended up eating only 1/2 the tomato soup. I've been so obsessed with smoothie BOWLS lately, compared to sipping my smoothie out of a jar. Spooning the thick green out of the bowl is somehow so much more satisfying than gulping it down just like that, don't you agree? Plus it means I get to add granola, coconut flakes, more PB etc and make it look #instaworthy 😝 Aaaaalso I'm happy to report that my freezer is finally working and omg let me tell you, being able to add ice again has been a life changer ahah! I get so excited in the morning knowing my smoothie will be cold and frothy 💚 Today's morning workout was followed by this spinach, celery, banana, choc protein combo, some @doterra Ice Blue for my sore muscles and @akin.natural dry shampoo 'cause ya know, ain't nobody got time to wash ones hair 😅 Happy Sunday people!

It’s a decision. A simple shift. Followed by consistent action ! Things will start to move, and life continues to open, and you keep moving past what you thought was expected and finally come to a place where the only expectations you need to fulfill are your own. Judgment will not exist, and you become you.

I have no problem following this nutrition plan when I get to eat like this!!! I’m on higher plan than normal but I’m not complaining - I love food 😉and love that my body is feeling great. I guess fueling it with certain foods at certain times is working 👍🏼😊❤️🤗! .
Would you believe I have 1 more meal left?? Normally I’d be eating my last meal around now but with my long run and workout this morning, my times were pushed back a bit. I’ll eat on this plan for another week and then I’ll reassess and might go down a plan. We shall see but I can tell you I’m trusting this process 💯%!! #timednutrition#ilovefood#trusttheprocess

Organisation is KEY for eating well, our dietician Katie suggests setting aside an hour each week, usually Sunday night, to prep some random veggies which can be bagged and stored in your fridge or freezer for use throughout the week.

Over the last few months, I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my hands, especially at night. A friend mentioned that it sounded like Carpal Tunnel. Carpal Tunnel is caused by inflamed carpal ligaments in the wrist causing pressure on the median nerve. Tingling, numbness, pain, inflammation, and an overall sense of weakness occur. I will see a specialist to double check, but in the meantime I am going to use this blend to help with inflammation, pain, nerve damage and connective tissue repair. Anyone else have #CarpalTunnel ? What have you used for relief?
So I’ve been going to the gym for a little over a month now & I love it. I used to get anxiety just thinking about going to a gym, now I don’t care what anyone thinks about me 😂 I usually don’t work out on weekends but last night I binged pretty bad on sweets & will be eating out again today so I decided to get some cardio in. This was a week where I was reminded to never stop, irrespective of what life throws at you, never stop.
Honesty, Integrity, determination and extreme dedication and hard work will always be the determining factor.
Sometimes I just need to be reminded of that.
So this week I tried my new diet, failed a couple of times, neglected my trainer program, got back on the wagon.

I don’t know about you, but I can only stand cleaning once a week.
Did you know that the majority of standard household cleaners contain harmful chemical? 😷Some ingredients in cleans have been linked to asthma, cancer, and neurotoxicity! 😳
Since dining research, and quite frankly scaring myself, I’ve switched to simple and clean home cleaners.
Water, vinegar, baking soda, citrus peels, and essential oils work just as well, if not better that the toxic store bought stuff.

My oldest has been doing 80 DO with me this week. Today, she started her workout while my son put away his video game. He commented saying “ oh that’s so easy!”. Mélodie challenged him to keep going and see if it was “so easy” by the end. Today, I totally enjoyed the competitive side of my kids because they pushed each other to be better and finished. So proud of them😊! I think it’s safe to say, it was NOT “so easy” but they embraced the challenge and broke a serious sweat 💦 .
