Have a look at this comradery!!! Fernie!!! The legend!! She's bravely decided once she booked in for 3 sessions in a row that she'll smash out another to complete the dreaded quad. The monster 4!! Yep, 4 sessions in row and went on to destroy 1223 CALORIES!!!!! What a superstar... well done chick, well done. To top things off, she had these incredible people around her to encourage and motivate her to achieve such fitness success!!
I must admit as a trainer/coach I'm pretty lucky, I legitimately love my clients. I seriously have a badass clientele. With that being said I like to introduce another badass client Revanth @southlifebro a.k.a "The Tailor-made Don." A year and a half ago, Revanth weighed 195lbs with 28% body fat. I remember at times he would say how difficult it was for him to look in the mirror. He felt as if he was focusing on the wrong things in his life and his health was not a priority.
So one day shit changed and Revanth decided to make a switch and put health first. He quickly realized that working out and staying fit was more about an investment to himself.
Now he's 175lbs with 14% body fat.
I've been training Revanth for a few years now. I've watched him essentially grow up right before my eyes. I've watched Revanth transform his body from a slightly overweight shy kid that lacked confidence to a fit, athletic young man that bleeds fearlessness. Strapped with a big appetite for success I can't wait to see what Revanth devours in the future. You only live once... you might as well be a badass in the process. Life is all about choices.
You can choose to be happy or you can be miserable. You can choose to enjoy the moments in life or you can go through life on auto pilot. You can choose to live healthy or you can let your health slip away. You can choose to be strong or you can let life run you over.
You see, until you decide to take charge of your life you will probably feel lost. One of the scariest realities we face is that life continues and time ticks regardless of if you’re ready or not. This negative outlook can consume someone if they aren’t careful.
You see, life is full of choices. You can wake up every morning scare for what’s ahead or you can chase the sunrise ready to rule the day.
Learning that I have choices over every aspect of my life has taken me years to see. I used to be scared, self conscious, uncomfortable in my own skin and terrified of what was ahead. Life was running over me and leaving me behind.
One day I finally made a choice to change. You see my dear, life is all about choices and you’re in charge of them all.

Even ask Oprah who admits with Weight Watcher's and admits to eating bread everyday, her favorite and still losing weight. The difference here is you are in CONTROL of what you eat & drink and when. Eat & drink what you want, I can't stress that enough, stay under the calories for weight loss & lose it for life! It's hard enough to lower your daily calories to lose weight never mind giving up all the foods you love at the same time, TOO MUCH and certainly not attainable. Which is part of the reason why diets don't work. You lose but then you gain it all back & more. All you have to do is track your daily food & drink to make sure you are under the calories for weight loss. More benefits; disease-free, clear skin, better sleep, less to no body aches & pains and the list goes on. Takes 10 min's out of your day! Aren't you worth it? Weightloss is (eventually, take your time, it's your life, slowly lower your calories, whatever works best for you) between 1200-1800 calories daily for active people or women over 165lbs and 1000-1500cals for inactive according to the World Health Guidelines.
