Garlic Roasted Chickpeas Recipe .
- 2 cans Chickpeas - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 seasoning pack garlic pepper, or ranch if you like. - baking sheet
- heat oven to 350 .
Empty liquid in cans pour in a bowl. Pour olive in and coat the Chickpeas. Empty packet of seasoning of choice and cover Chickpeas. Put on baking sheet and roast in oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
Having played sport my whole life, it's weird not having a training goal at the moment. The best I can come up with is "Try and feel sore tomorrow".

This is what my body looked like a couple of months ago when I was eating healthy and exercising regularly.. Recently I went through a breakup that didn't end very well and it has taken a toll on me physically and mentally.. I have put on weight again because I stopped eating healthy and exercising, my skin is breaking out, I'm tired 24/7 and my moods are all over the place, and mentally I'm struggling to cope as well. It's hard talking about what I'm going through on such a public platform for everyone to see but I'm hoping that it will help some people, once I get back to Auckland I'm going to start looking after myself again, that includes mentally and emotionally. It's not just all about me getting back to the weight I was, it's about me starting a healthy lifestyle so I feel better all together, physically, mentally and emotionally

✨ Motivation Monday ✨ I know it's a little late but I have been SO busy today and I just haven't had a minute to myself. I went round my friends for dinner tonight and had my safety option for takeaway which was a chicken kebab (no pitta and grilled chicken) very tasty! My motivation Monday comes from my lovely consultant. She's used my before and after photo as a post on her @slimmingworld Facebook page. I've had quite an emotional weekend (mainly due to it being star week) and my hormones are all over the place but seeing this post really made my day and made me rethink why I joined slimming world and why I love it so much. Nobody is perfect, we all wobble from time to time and that's just part of the journey. I had an off plan day on Sunday but woke up this morning with my positive pants pulled high ready for full week of food optimising and on plan 100%. I've had 3 lovely meals today, snacked on fruit and went to the gym straight from work. Some days are tougher than others but seeing my before and after pictures really help inspire me to keep looking forward and to realise how far I have come.
