if you are going to judge go ahead but, keep it to yourself • a few months ago I started slacking on my workout routines and even healthy eating which needless to say I gained weight... I, however am starting to get myself back to a healthy lifestyle. My goal doesn't consist of a certain number I want to see on the scale, I'm actually not even caring what the scale says I'm just going to care about what my body says/shows. I will never be a size zero nor a size five because my body type/figure isn't made that way which I am ok with. Quem me conhece sabe que eu não sou uma "moça prendada" em relação à cozinha... 🙈Admiro quem tem esses dotes, mas nunca desenvolvi muito os meus (sempre estudei e trabalhei muito, não sobrava tempo, e ainda não sobra 😬). Mas o que quero dizer, é que não precisa muito talento ou tempo para preparar uma completa e deliciosa refeição. Não levei nem 30 minutos, sujei só uma panela e usei apenas tomate, cebola, atum, macarrão integral e pimenta preta, ah, e um pouquinho de manteiga. Para los panqueques solo usamos 2 huevos batidos y condimentados, que los cocinamos en una sartén con Rocío vegetal.
Para el relleno usamos media lata de atún al natural,queso mantecoso, tomate,albahaca y lechuga.
En una capa pusimos el atún, en otra la lechuga y arriba el queso, tomate y albahaca😘

Well, the Whole 30 diet is working pretty well for me so far! Today is day 8 and I've lost 5 lbs since last Friday, and I've done it in a very healthy way. And I've been mildly working out. No sugar (other than fruit), no bread, grains, legumes, dairy. Basically, I've been eating a healthy balance of meat, fruit, and veggies, and thank you Jesus for Larabars because I don't know how I'd do this without them being on the go so much. I'm doing this for many reasons, the main one being that I know I'm not as healthy as I should be, could be, and want to be. Also, curbing my cravings for sugar can only be a good thing, no matter how much it sucks and all I want right now is some Ben & Jerry's "Tonight Dough" and a ginormous pizza. But, The results are worth the sacrifice, I feel great and I can already SEE a difference. I know we aren't supposed to use the scale during this diet, but it helps me stay motivated. The only thing I'm worried about is I hope my wedding dress still fits in 3 weeks, haha! #whole30#healthylifestyle#fitbit

Ich melde mich jetzt erst weil ich mach unserem Camping Trip ⛺🎢. nicht so wirklich gut ins Programm zurück gefunden habe und daher auch überhaupt nicht motiviert war was zu posten 😏
Wie auch immer, ich bin wieder da 😃 ich bin wieder in mein WG Zimmer gezogen und versuche auch das Essen wieder in den Griff zu kriegen. Heute läuft es schon mal sehr gut 😄 Dort ⬆ seht ihr meine Bulgurpfanne von heute Mittag. War mega lecker und ich bin auch immer noch satt 😋 morgen früh gehe ich zum ersten mal ins High5 trainieren. ❔❓❔War da schon mal jemand? ❓❔❓ Sonst gehe ich ja immer ins McFit, aber in dem Ort hier gibt es nur High5.
