Cook onion and garlic until Browned  in a pot, add quinoa broth and seasoning and allow to boil. Once boiled cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid absorbed, put corn and beans and ENJOY!u

✅ 1 paquete de Quinua Orgánica con Hongos CUSI
✅ 4 tazas de agua .
✅ 1 taza de queso blanco rallado
✅ ½ taza de queso parmesano rallado
✅ 4 huevos

PREPARACIÓN
1. Prepare la Quinua Orgánica con Hongos CUSI en el agua
2. En un bowl grande, mezcle la quinua cocinada con los huevos, el queso blanco y ¼ de taza de queso parmesano. Agregue sal a gusto.
3. Vierta la mezcla en un molde engrasado y cubra la parte superior con el resto del queso parmesano
4. En el horno precalentado, hornee por 35 minutos a 180C (350F) o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro salga limpio .
✔️TIP: Para variaciones, puede agregar verduras o jamon en trocitos a la mezcla #cusilover #organic .

Almuerzo de hoy 🍽

Tortilla de verduras con arroz basmati y palta 🍚 (aparte comí ensalada de tomate 🍅) Me comí un buen trozo de tortilla 😋 la mitad para ser precisos jajaja 
La tortilla esta hechá con espinaca, pimenton rojo y amarillo, zanahoria y huevitos de campo 🍳por eso tiene ese color más naranjo. No hay caso con estos huevos 😍 no hay comparación con los huevos comerciales. 
El arroz lo preparé con aceitunas, pasas y curry para darle un sabor especial, aunque sin curry igual es delicioso. 
Hacer tortillas de verduras es muy fácil y es una preparación que te permite ir variando, porque puedes agregarle ufff las verduras que quieras! La de porotitos verdes es una de mis favoritas junto con la de pescado.

I bought this tofu pre-seasoned from Trader Joe's and added leftover black beans to the side for some extra protein. This lunch will definitely keep me full as I finish packing and some last minute shopping💁🏼💅🏼 before Friday comes around!

Where did summer vacation go?! I sent my 3rd grader(!) off to school and also had my kindergartners(!) assessment this morning. Two kids in school everyday! 😱 Lots of mixed feelings, but I am excited to be back at making school lunches. Just 1 as we do half day kindergarten here thank goodness!
