I searched pinterest for inspo and then worked with what I had at home, and the clothes that suit my body type. Gotta love pinterest!
I've said it before and I'll say it again and again, its not about the number on the tag if you find clothes which suit your body.
I could be sad that I'm wearing sz 20 pants, or i could forget that and think about how confident and comfortable i am wearing this outfit. I choose that!

The cheapest lunch... I had left over rice from last nights curry. I also had an in case of emergency daal from the supermarkets for $1.50. I split this into two servings! Add an egg for some extra protein, and I’m set.
Having quite a few snuggles with this one over the past few days. I don’t think she is 100%... maybe teeth😢. So, we have spent most of the week hibernating, but today we ventured out for a bit of retail therapy and a birthday party🎈. .
It was just lovely... although slightly busy in the shopping centre... everyone has definitely started Christmas shopping...ekk 🎄. Are you an advance shopper or a last minuet shopper, like me 😜? .
We are all home now and my little ones are snuggled up in bed.. but I wonder how long until Emme decides she would rather be snuggled up with me 😔. .

Went to Mangetout for tea tonight and had a lovely burger ❤️ Met up with a friend and her family so that was really nice. Back at the flat now, Aria is in bed, and I’ve been on the phone to hubby - so it was good to speak to him also 😊

Taking care of you. Carving out that time. Investing into your devotions. Getting your workout done. Having healthy food in the house already. Having a few go to healthy dinner options to make & to purchase.
Life is going to happen. Stress. Business, chaos. It happens.
How you handle it is going to set you apart from those around.
My life is hectic, chaos, busy, full, but I know I am a better mom, coach, wife, person, when I make healthy decisions and develop discipline & carve out 30 minutes [waking up early] to give myself that time.

Matcha green tea powder. I can't get enough of this! (FYI Matcha is not a brand, I am not trying to sell you anything). If you're like me, a mummy on a budget, and wants to lose pregnancy weight, then please consider this!
I buy a 100 serve bag on eBay for about $8 (free shipping), I mix in a pinch with a bottle of water (or you can have hot) just to sip on, or while I work out, and I SWEAR it's helped me lose weight! Without breastfeeding and rarely exercising, I lost several kilos over a couple months.
A major ingredient in a lot of diet and weightloss pills is green tea extract. Although those pills do have a lot of other important ingredients, sometimes we can't always afford (or remember lol) to take those pills. Matcha is concentrated green tea, which means it is high in antioxidants!
So if you're on a budget and want something to help kickstart your weightloss, or just want an easy healthy addition to your diet, I highly recommend matcha green tea powder🖒
Also, it doesn't taste too bad. I personally don't really like the Oolong tea.

Soooo the struggle bus decided to make a detour and picked me up today.
I wore my workout clothes all day in the hopes I'd get motivated, but I finally made the decision to just get it done. Nothing in me wanted to workout, but I knew that sitting on my booty wasn't the way to get my goals accomplished.
So I begrudgingly pressed play and fought my mindset all through the 35 minutes.
