Two of our four hermit crabs went down for a molt and are currently hang g around the front of the tank where we can watch them dig away. If they're there in a few hours we'll put cardboard up along that length of tank to give them the darkness they need for a successful molt. Can't wait to see them back up top in a few months! #hermitcrab#purplepincher#pets#crabs#717#pafamilyfun#purple#november#momlife
Biscayne National Park is one of a kind where most of the park is under water. The locals around here and the National Park team have been working hard for years to preserve and protect the marine life. The results can be clearly seen and appreciated here.
Book a boat for this trip in advance, preferably a sailboat. My kids got a hands-on training on sailing a boat with a super patient captain who answered their million questions with a smile. You get to spend the day at Bocachita Key, paddle around and snorkel at the ship wreck site and go up the lighthouse to get a bird's eye view of the Key with a gorgeous view of Miami skyline in the horizon.
