This was my 6 week progression on the 12 rep program. Starting at 275 (which was not fun btw) and then adding 5 pounds every single day. I did not have high hopes of completing this at first, but by the time I got done with week 3 I knew I had to persevere and I am so glad I did. I feel like Anakin after slaying the tusken raiders right now!
I've been a good girl this year 😋😁 I had a busy day but I still managed to fit in a 15 min HIIT workout next to my Christmas tree. It's definately the most wonderful time of the year ☃️❄🎁🎄 #strongnotskinny#gainingweightiscool
DONE! I have bested the 12 rep madness like a true warrior of the iron! So glad to finally end the torment, with my final set of 12 at 360 lbs. This weight is just 5 lbs shy of my first post injury PR just months ago. A lot can happen if you set your mind to the grind! Maybe by next year Ill have forgotten how awful this was and try it again with much more weight. Next will be 1 rep testing and starting up the @farmergym hybrid training manual to get back into fighting shape and to look better naked 😂

Got the #barre relocated tonight...new #homegym spot is coming along! Pretty much just some wall art and then she’s ready for show! We were unable to get my big wall mirrors off the garage wall because they would break. I have to wait for my husband to try one more tool, but they may be staying in there which is not what I wanted for that space. Crossing my fingers, but it may be a loss.
