Haven't had this until today but it reinforces that Bale Breaker cannot make a bad #beer . Idk if I've had a better beer that used both Simcoe and Mosaic #hops
Stepping up the brewing and kegging game, big time! 18 kegs, 12 carboys, 1 keezer, RIMS controller, 1 12gal kettle, mlt, fly sparge mash tun. Plus a massive amount of hoses/tubing, fittings and misc. parts, lots of brewing books and magazines as well. Also around 50+lbs of specialty grains and 40+lbs of hops! Don't have a clie what im going to do with it all lol. Who needs some brewing/kegging equipment? Lol
C Is For Cookie, or at least that’s what @chapmancrafted tells me! With their buddies at @breweryrex, they snuck vanilla and cacao into this big 8% nitro milk stout, right under our noses! And how aromatic under our noses it is, despite the creamy nitro foam sitting atop. Delicious from start to finish, this rich dessert was somehow an appetizer and a fitting end to my meal. Had at @eatathatch, thanks for the pour!

When I was in 2nd grade I performed the book for this at a Christmas assembly. THE POLAR EXPRESS holds a special place for me. With that being said, I had never seen the movie. This was my first time. I gotta say... I really enjoyed it. Was surprised that the animation didn’t bother me. So many people hated the movie because of the motion capture. A fun side note, when the credits started rolling at the end, the writer turned out to be the showrunner/creator of the show I work on. Cheers!
