I learn and progress by accepting the truth that sometimes the only problem is myself.
I accept that I was born with flaws and was blessed with the ability to change and improve without limit.
To be open minded person and learn even from those I dislike.
It's something big, easier to say than do, but I believe in one absolute sentence.
If I am up to something big, I have to accept and capable to do something big too.

You have to be consistent if you want to succeed.
As many of you know/ have been following, 12 weeks ago I started a 12 week challenge in hopes of changing my eating habits to benefit with my training . I’ve been training on and off since I was 15/16 and am now 19 . At the beginning I was very confused about my diet and training and who I was supposed to be listening to / following for advice about my personal goals , and what I learnt was that every BODY is different and needs different things for different goals. There’s no set one rule/ approach ! 2 years ago I underwent a 12 week challenge as well to get on top of things before going through a prep for a bikini comp but failed that 👎🏻 I “didn’t feel ready and needed more time” . At the beginning of these 12 weeks I was weary of doing this again but with the help and support of my good friends and sponsors @pumpped_sports_nutrition , as well as @joel.clarke99 and members of @atftamworth I set my mind to it that I will attempt to go through a prep again. Throughout the 12 weeks I gained more knowledge about nutrition and training and listened to my body properly. I got on top of my meal and training plan and busted my ass off for many days to achieve the result I have now. Now all that’s left to do is share that knowledge with the rest of you, and have a bit of a break before getting back into that grind in the new year ready for my comp in September 💪🏼 Thanks so much for all of your support guys and girls 😘😘😘 Could not thanks you enough Jesse and Annette at @pumpped_sports_nutrition , and @joel.clarke99 for believing in me , supporting me , and pushing me .
