Today's training took a little bit of my soul. 😂
•SSB Squats: singles up to 385lbs (still can't back squat without severe pain in my upper back, which I learned the hard way this week that I can't force it) •Paused Close Grip Bench: up to 255x3 and then 275, 285, and 290lbs x 1 (hardly impressive, but it's nice to see my bench coming back)
•Rack pulls: up to 455 and 500lbs x 5 reps •Single arm farmer carries •300m walking lunges

Using bands correctly you can improve and strengthen your weaknesses! Bands can assist you in exercises you struggle (pull ups) or progressive overload each rep making heavier the end of the strength curve activating more motor units.

Sitting here about to board my flight back home and reflecting on my time here in Dallas. Although I was here to take care of business and complete interviews I was able to see a few of my friends in the area. One of these being @tawnaeubanksmccoy ♥️ Tawna is such a genuine soul and I'm so thankful that even after almost 4 years we were able to pick up right where we left off. We got in a killer glute/ham sesh last night at @destinationdallastexas and it reminded me how much I miss having her killer energy around me. Here's to many more sessions getting those muscles BLOWN💣💣💣
