See the way i dey stand.. I BE AFRICAN MAN
See the way I dey yan I dey deep to my roots.. I BE AFRICAN MAN oooo
Represent the motherland.. I BE AFRICAN MAN ...
That's the hook for this track, basically saying if all Africans unite, there's nothing anyone can do to stop us. very personal to me. I made this track for me, Didn't expect it to do anything, just wanted it to be on the EP but I guess people like it 🙌🏿.
Real shit.. people worship material things tooooo much. Tell me why would a multimillionaire commit suicide when her or she can buy anything they want???? Damn right I wanna make money but it doesn't defy who I am. Ask anyone who knows me I've told rich people in high places to go fuk themselves because they thought they can control me. Hell na my spirits to strong for that weak shit. When I make money I'll make it the honourable way, I don't ask or beg anyone for anything so I'm good. I know I'm Nigerian and I'm supposed to do anything fir money but " "Thats not Me"
Great day y'all, studio later 😀

Physics Forceps™ continues to be, quite simply, the easiest to use and most clinically effective tooth extraction instrument on the market. The patented designs of our instruments, and its associated patented Beak & Bumper™ technique makes difficult extractions simple and predictable for all dentists without utilizing brute strength. Do your patients, your hands – and your practice – a favor, and implement the Physics Forceps into your practice today.
The Physics Forceps operate as a dental elevator rather than a forcep (as the name implies), and it uses first-class lever mechanics. One handle is connected to the “bumper,” which acts as the fulcrum during the procedure and the other handle is connected to the “beak,” which is positioned most often on the lingual or palatal root of the tooth into the gingival sulcus. The Bumper is positioned most often on the facial aspect at the mucogingival junction.
Once the instrument is properly placed, no squeezing pressure is applied to the handles or the tooth, where instead the handles are rotated a few degrees with only wrist movement until you get resistance. Once you get resistance, the rotation is stopped and the instrument is held in place for a short period of time. During this holding period, the “creep” will build, releasing hyaluronic acid, and breaking down the periodontal ligaments. If the tooth does not move during this initial hold, this process should be continued where the handles are rotated another few degrees. This constant and steady pressure is continued until the tooth releases and moves 1-3mm. At this stage, the tooth is loose in the socket and should be delivered 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Sohray is one of the biggest Festival among Santhal tribes. It is celebrated when the plantation of crops get done.Sohray is celebrated among many communities but a little bit different in the Santhal community. It is because their animal helps them to grow crops in field. Therefore tribes are acknowledging them by this festival. This festival lasts for three days.
The first day they worship to their ancestors and bongas (totem). Worship is done in Jehar(Santali worshipped place) .
A egg is placed where all the animals are taken towards and finally by whom egg is scrambled the respected animals are being chosen in this way and the owner of that animal now got to pay Handi tukuj (Rice Bear) to villagers in coming year. That night people awake the animal by singing and dancing from door to door. It is being continued till third day.
This practice is called “Gayi Jagaw”
People worships their cow-shed. They bring some crops of rice from their field that they have cultivated as it is used in worshiping. After worshiping they tie those plants to animal's horn. And in their worship, Handi is being addressed to their god and ancestors in the name of sohray with praising for everybodys happiness and for a good health for their animals.
Last day people celebrate Sohray as khuntaw. By tieding bull/cow to picket and people have to fight having the dry leather/clothes against animal. It makes the animal angry and as a result the animal is lead to hit them by horn. This process is repeated over more times depending upon the aggressiveness of the animal. During this fight a tribal song is being sang over there by playing Tamak and tumda(tribal music instruments). Having made all the participants getting tired , then all finally go to Akhra(proper place where Santali get-together) where they all dance together sing together.🙏.
After a VERY rough Monday, I’m happy to say that we’re in the home stretch for #100daysofpractice as we’re now at day 90!!☺️☺️ There’s always a sliver of positivity in every bad thing that happens!! Also this isn’t my best rep of this part of the étude, but does perfection even exist??? [Altes étude no. 5]
