In truth, the carbs-after-6pm-will-make-you-put-on-weight thing is just another myth which we don't need in our lives.⠀⠀
Not eating carbs at night may be a method which could result in weight-loss - but only by potentially eating LESS calories in general across that entire day. That's it; do not fear them (they have no perception of time.)⠀⠀
If carbs were a sassy indirect meme, they would say; 'If you can't love me post-6pm, then you don't deserve me pre-6pm.' 💅💅💅 Basically - stop being mean to carbs, and start giving them the love they deserve. ⠀⠀

LISTEN UP babes! My biggest piece of advice is when it comes to nutrition….EAT MORE GREENS & PLANTS damnit! Trust me, I get the struggle. I grew up in Nebraska for goodness sakes…. meat & potatoes were LIFE! 🌽🍖 But its time for a CHANGE! We need to STOP planning our meals around our MEAT & make greens & plants the star of the show. 🥑🌟
Meat is a super polarizing topic these days. But understand, there is TONS of research out there about the dangers of a meat-rich diet. Couple that with tons of starchy & refined carbs & you are in for trouble. 🙅🏻 And YES, while there ARE benefits to eating clean sources of meat & healthy carbs, we need to find more BALANCE!!! 🙏🏻
You know what there is NO debate about? PLANTS!! Our health & longevity DEPENDS on a plant-rich diet babes. This is not just some fad. It’s the one big thing that could drastically help improve your health. Am I saying cut out meat entirely? No (die hard vegans please don’t scream at me). It’s your choice to keep eating meat (hopefully high quality organic meats). My goal is to get you to start adding in more nutrient dense plant sources that could help combat any DNA damage or inflammation caused by the things you are eating ＋ other lifestyle stressors in your life (i.e., smoking, drinking, little exercise, obesity, poor sleep, constant stress, etc).
My simple trick when building your meal is FIRST fill your plate with 50-75% non-starchy veggies. Add on a side of lean protein & healthy carbs ＋ healthy fats. Implement this one change in your life & I promise you, you will thank me! 💃🏻🙌🏻

Actually... (all aboard the train of thought)... So, Mondelez owns Cadbury everywhere except in the US, where Hershey's has the rights to Cadbury candy. But! Mondelez is able to sell Cadbury cookies in the US. We get the Cadbury egg cookies around Easter. Now, Mondelez makes both Oreos and those Cadbury egg cookies. Why not make Oreos with Cadbury egg filling?! Custard flavored creme on the outside and a softer caramel center. Make it happen @Oreo and @mondelez_international! Or carrot cake, I'd settle for carrot cake.
