Struggling with my back today- need to stretch out my glutes. So had to leave out my lower body in today’s training session and focus on upper body. Did 3 shoulder, 3 back and 3 arm exercises. 💪 Now I’m off to enjoy dinner with a friend because life is about balance 💛

When I first started to go to the gym I felt insecure and totally lost. I avoided the gym if I had to go alone because I wasn’t sure about what I was doing and how I should do. But after a while I realized that it doesn’t matter, I can go there all by myself and if anyone would stare, let them. I searched for clips on different workouts and started to learn the basics. Today I don’t give a single fuck if anyone is staring or what so ever 💁🏻 and neither should you!! Just focus on you and no one else, it’s YOU-time 💪🏼👊🏼

Når barn tegner har de mye å fortelle. Å lytte til dem og høre om detaljer er spennende, men noen ganger trist. Jeg brenner for å hjelpe mennesker med å bli kvitt negativt stress. Nå vil jeg gjerne dele litt hva de har sagt og hva kunder sier barna sier til dem: 1. Pappa sier at mamma stresser hele tiden. Det beste er å være stille, når mamma hever stemmen. 2. Når pappa sover lite er han mer sur, og da prøver jeg å smile for å få han gladere. «Vet du hvorfor ikke pappa sover?» Han har så mye å tenke på med jobben, men mamma sier det er best vi ikke prater om det. 3. Jeg kan se i øynene på mamma, at hun ikke har det fint. Hun sier ikke hva det er, vet du? 4. Pappa sier jeg må være stille, fordi han er så sliten etter jobb. Men når skal jeg fortelle han om alt jeg vil? 5. Mamma sier at hun trenger at jeg leker alene, fordi hun har så vondt i hodet. Hun har veldig ofte vondt. Jeg gir henne klem ofte å håper at det går over. Men hun har vondt ofte og da tenker jeg mye på hva hun gjør og hvordan jeg kan hjelpe. 6. Når pappa er sliten så banner han mer, har sånne vide nesebor og svarte øyne. 7. Mamma får triste øyne, når hun snakker om penger. Jeg vil gi henne min ukelønn. Barn er fantastiske, fordi de er ærlige og ser deg på tross av at du ikke tror de skjønner. I've been feeling a bit groggy and low-energy lately. You know how the bad choices just start escalating? Like, sure, one cookie won't hurt. 🍪 Then suddenly I realize I'm stuffing my mouth with cookies every day. And then that makes me feel gross so why bother going to the gym? And I have some extra time without my daily workout so I drink a lot of wine. 🍷 Might as well have a whole bottle while I'm at it (I mean, I wouldn't want it to go bad). And before you know it I'm a mess of bad skin, bloat, and bad decisions. 🙄
It's easier for me to go ALL IN than try to gradually pull myself back on track (I know everyone is different), so I'm doing a "cleanse/detox" for 10 days and I've decided to post about it on social media as an attempt to keep myself accountable. My boyfriend & I are celebrating our 1-year anniversary on the 30th so that'll be my finish line. 🎉

This is ideally how I want my every day diet to be, but since I can't realistically seem to make that happen without extreme measures, so here we go. I'll be posting updates. If anyone wants to join me, I'd love that even more! Accountability is everything. 👍🏻
Well since it's #TBT here's my crappy last meet.
Squatted 375lbs for my second and then missed 405.
Bench was 300lbs and waved my 3ed attempt.
Deadlifts is what really pissed me off, even after missing my goals on my other lifts.
I was supposed to open with 440lbs but I couldn't even get it to budge off of the ground and I tried it all 3 attempts, just pulling that would have put me in second place. After missing all 3 attempts I went to the warm up area and put 440 on the bar and I got it 😒(though it was ugly) idk wtf happened, I've pulled that in a meet before and hit it for 4 reps in training too. But meet day doesn't care.
I don't think there is a worse feeling than training so hard for months to then bomb out at a meet. If anything this meet pushed me to train harder and smarter. I felt like I let all my friends down that were there, but I promise that will never happen again!
