What do Monday's mean to you?
Are you dragging yourself out of bed really dreading going to work because your exhausted? Maybe you where up most of the night with your child that was not sleeping well, or maybe you did not sleep well yourself because you stress yourself out about the week and everything you need to get done?
What would it mean to you to hit your bed and not wake up until morning 🙂 and be energized and ready for your day when your feet hit he floor?
That's what this amazing drink has done for me and it can for you too.
There's a pickle on my plate. I once considered pickles ''cucumbers soaked in evil'' 🥒 I would order my burgers "No pickle. Not even on the plate!!!!" And my friends would poke fun at my strong dislike for them.

Keto has opened my mind to trying AND liking all sorts of things that I was so turned off to before - chicken wings, the skin on rotisserie chicken, pork rinds, FULL FAT anything..... PICKLES!! Granted, it took some searching high and low to find pickles that I actually like!

17 1/2 hour fast down! Broke it with one chicken thigh slow cooked in oven for 2 hours on 250 degrees. Seasoned it with ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, Himalayan salt, and tons of olive oil. Paired with 1 cup of broccoli florets, with olive oil on top and pink salt. 😍😋 now time to workout 💪🏾 #intermittentfasting#ketodrchallenge#fasting
I love this recipe so much! Keto chocolate mug cake. Only change i made from the original is i use steviva.. not a fan of erythritol in baking. I like substituting the cocoa powder with other flavors like pumpkin pie spice (my favorite) or lemon instead of vanilla and recently banana flavoring.

Halfway through my #teamsasssquats squats for the day so I took a break to make some #nonutsgranola from The Keto Diet book! Looks and tastes yum! Not a single recipe from this book has failed me. I'm so impressed!

1000 calorie breakfast.
- 1 chorizo sausage
- 3 eggs
- 30g mature 🧀
- 1/2 an 🥑
- 30g spinach
- 10g butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 slice of protein bread (or very low carb 🍞)
- 10g pumpkin kernels
Cook the chorizo in the olive oil, mix grated cheese and eggs... Add to the chorizo and make an omlett. Use same pan, add coconut oil, and give the spinach a whirl. Add the piece of low carb 🍞 with the butter... Soak up the last bits of oil from the pan 😀
Went for a lovely walk over the swinging bridge with our babies (our dogs were more scared than our children). We usually bring coffee on our walks and today I ordered a Tim Hortons iced coffee without the regular sweetener but added one pump SF vanilla and one pump SF pumpkin. SF PUMPKIN!! Who knew??
