I REALLY want to start potty training with Vin. He’s not really showing interest other than occasionally he will say potty. But it’s few and far between!! Is this something I can still work towards?? Am I crazy??
Ava is loving Frozen at the moment (when I became a Mum I knew this time was inevitable 🤣) so I made her an Olaf the Snowman plate! ☃️ So much goodness is on this plate, fresh berries, fermented carrot and our delicious little gummies - our daily must haves now! Lovinggggg the benefits that these pocket rockets are having for our fam. To be able to get that many nutrients into Ava's diet without the stress of toddlers and their erratic eating patterns (read - not eating enough vegetables 🤔) Now I can concentrate on creating a no pressure eating environment for her and a long term healthy relationship with food ☺️☺️ Mumma's if you need this in your life, PM me for details 👌👌

Vin played so well and it was so sweet seeing them get along!
Why is it so hard to make mom friends sometimes?? Glad we asked if they wanted to do a picnic this week! Nice to be around other moms who have kids around the same age! 👊🏼 moms we are in this together!! Support each other! Haha!
Date balls. My kid (& hubby) loves them. 1.5 cup dates, 1/4 cup walnut, 1/4 cup pistachio, 1/4 cup almonds, 1 tsp water, water optional. Blend in food processor, form into balls and decorate (I used pistachios, hemp seed, and coconut). Www.HappyFoodHealth.com #nutrition#healthysnacks#kidsnacks

I worked ALL day yesterday, and didn't get to see my LO. So on my way home, I called him and asked what he wanted for lunch. This was exactly what he requested.
🎃🎃🎃. Halloween Chex Mix! (GF)
9 C Rice Chex Cereal
18 oz white Chocolate Chips
1/4 c Organic Coconut Oil
4 Cups GF pretzel bites
2 Cups Organic raisins
2 Cups Candy Corn
Halloween sprinkles 🎃
In large bowl mix
-gf pretzels -raisins
In glass bowl microwave white chocolate -35 secs at a time, stirring in between for about 2-2.5 minutes or until@melted thru.
Stir in coconut oil to chocolate mixture
Drizzle and stir in gently to dry mixture.
#spread out on wax paper covered rack until cool and firm
Break apart and store in airtight container

It’s not about the scale anymore - it’s about how I feel in my clothes AND how I am with my kids👩👧👦. I know now that when my eating is out of control I snap at the kids more , and cranky with Chris , impatient and I drag my butt throughout the day 😏😏😏. But I hate feeling deprived and being on a “diet” so I’ve learned to balance both - healthy eating AND some small indulgences 🍫🍷😍😍😍. My new group is called “have your wine & be fit too” and starts next Monday (wine lover not required hehe) ! I’m opening it up Wednesday to prep everyone to get pumped up and ready for their new exciting lifestyle ✌🏼😃

We’ve been spending our day preparing for another busy week ahead! An early trip to the grocery, laundry and cleaning have been on our agenda, along with a @redbox rental for little miss since the weekends for her should be about relaxing and having fun. She’s excited for her freshly stocked snack basket and I’m excited that she’s set up for a week’s worth of lunches and after school treats that took me less than 10 minutes to prepare 😉 #momlife
Do you ever catch yourself sitting around with family or friends and notice you are all on an electronic device (iPad, phone, TV , etc) ?? I am guilty too🙈🙈🙈 This program was made to bring the family /friends together in a fun and active way!! Do it with your kids , parents, friends , roommate, etc👭👫!! It’s not released YET but me and the kids tried the sample workout today and had a blast 😁👩👧👦⚽️. I was actually pretty sweaty at the end too!!! I was shocked how excited the kids were to be apart of this workout and the fact that we HAD to make eye contact and work together made it super fun !!!👀😁 At the end , they asked to do another one instead of asking to watch a show 👌🏽👌🏽🤗🤗 that’s a huge win in my book!! My daughter is on a "church is so boring" kick lately, which makes it was very challenging for me to get anything out of the mass. So I packed more snacks then usual today. She got her full-sized bento lunch box instead of the snack box. The second best thing to carving a pumpkin with your kids is teaching them how to make the tasty snack of pumpkin seeds! When I was younger I loved digging into the chilly pumpkin, that just came in from outside, retrieving the seeds and after baking them, enjoying their salty crunch! This fall, teach your kids that pumpkins aren't just for looking at, they are a tasty food that can be made into, healthy pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pancakes (because orange pancakes are fun), plain mashed pumpkin with salt and butter and pumpkin seeds!
Pumpkin seeds are a great source of zinc which is needed for a healthy functioning immune system. Here's how to make a pumpkin seed snack...
•Take seeds out of the pumpkin
•Give them a good rinse and remove slimy pumpkin parts •Sprinkle with salt and put on a baking sheet
