I can genuinely say I have never been so excited to post something as I am today. I have checked something off my bucket list. The famous Charcuterie board! I have always wanted to do one. And in the back of me head kept saying nah it’s too expensive, too complicated, I am having tons of guest for shabbos and decided to make one. I did so much research on these boards. What belongs? What rules? Crackers or no crackers? Nuts? Sauces? I concluded that there are no rules to building a board. Just do what’s works! And so I did. A HUGE thank you goes to @meal_mart a dear #client of mine who helped make this happen by being able to use their delicious meats!
My hands shake as I write this post cuz I am simply so excited the way this came out!! I was really nervous cuz I have this vision in my head. And knew I would be terribly disappointed if that vision didn’t come to fruition. But Baruch HaShem it did!! *again there are really no rules so you can switch and change anything to your liking*
❗️I prepared this and set it up in advance so I can take a pic of it. But I am planning on serving it shabbos morning, so what I would normally do is make each item wrap in silver foil after it’s done and place all together in a 9x13 pan so you end up having a bunch of little packets in one pan and you just pull the pan out shabbos morning (or whenever you want to serve it) and arrange
1 package of the following;
@meal_mart corn beef
@meal_mart salami log
@meal_mart beef fry
@meal_mart hot Italian sausages
1 small oyster steak
➡️prepare the beef fry by putting the whole pack straight into a large frying pan and letting it do its thing. It’s very fatty which is what you want and you will end up with a nice crunchy mound. (Keep an eye on it. Cuz mine started to splatter all over when it got very hot) set aside ❗️do not discard the drippings it’s the best part and we will be using it again ➡️prepare the kielbasa by slicing them diagonally and placing in same pan you fried the beef fry until they are lightly browned. Set aside ➡️for the salami. Slice and lay on a cookie sheet and brush with duck sauce bake 400 for about

#jewish man born in #Morocco . My four years of French came in handy as I don’t yet n ow #hebrew and he doesn’t know English. We bonded quickly over #French and #wine at the #yatir#winery . The yatir winery has some great wines. They are never too old since you never know in #Israel what will happen, but they are #kosher and amazing and the owner does all the tours. Highly recommended if you are driving through Arad.
