🔥 WK 3 - AB CIRCUIT 🔥
BODYWEIGHT circuit number three! 6 exercises X 30 seconds each. While summer may be nearing the end, we're all about being healthy, happy and looking good year round. Pair this circuit up with the full body and/or booty circuits we posted previously!
BEGINNER: 2 rounds w/ 1 min rest between rounds. Comment below if you need modifications and/or have Qs!
INTERMEDIATE: 3 rounds w/ 1 min rest between rounds.
BEASTMODE: 3-4 rounds, no rest. And add 3-4 rounds of the full body workout we posted last week to get it all in!
