Thank you everyone for your beautiful, kind and loving messages for my birthday...appreciate you all!!!
My girls kept telling me throughout the day, "I love you, Thank you for being my mommy, Happy Birthday." It was the cutest!
I kept telling them, "I love you, Thank you for making me a mommy." When they went to bed, I lit my root chakra candle and sandalwood incense and meditated. Whenever sensations or thoughts came flowing into my awareness, I just used that mantra, "Thank you for making me a mommy." Sometimes in life we are so prone to giving our awareness to negativity, imagine if we chose to give our awareness to positivity??
What are you giving your awareness to??? Stop and ask yourself this throughout your day.
Notice when you may need a mantra🌟
DO IT DO IT!!!
Most mornings I'm in such a rush. We live in a society where it's GO GO GO. I'm sitting outside this morning just taking it all in. I am soo blessed for everything I have. While I sit here and watch cars drive by and the little bunny run across the lawn I'm just picturing how my life can be and it feels amazing. I'm focusing only on the now and right now. I'm not worrying about what needs to be done. I'm in total peace. How incredible it feels not having to GO! I'm so ready for my life to change. How about you? What goals are you working towards?!

My question for you today: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE FIT?
Everyone has their own vision of what it means to them. More muscle definition? A smaller waist? Being able to squat 200 pounds?
For me, that vision has revolved over the past several years... Back in 2009, I thought FIT = skinny, so I worked my a** off to lose weight 😏 In 2010, I thought being FIT meant eating a low fat diet and running every day, so that's what I did 🏃♀️In 2012, I had no vision 🤦♀️ I felt lost, and therefore I just stayed the same (NO GOALS = NO GROWTH). In 2015, being FIT became more about becoming stronger, physically, so I started strength training to build muscle 💪
Within the past year, my idea of FIT has evolved even more. I now believe being FIT is not just about my physical appearance. It's not determined by the number on the scale or my BF% 🙅Instead, FIT is a FEELING and a MINDSET. I'm at my fittest when I move my body daily, fuel it properly, and show GRATITUDE for it. Yes, I have physical goals (being able to do 10 consecutive pullups, growing my 🍑...), but that's not what makes me fit. I'm FIT when I FEEL FIT! 😃
So what does it mean TO YOU to be fit? If you've been living by someone else's vision, I encourage you to create your own! (Otherwise, you may achieve what you thought would get you there, but still feel unfulfilled😕). Share your visions with me in the comments below! 👇 HAPPY FRIDAY!😃
