These are probably my 3 favorite ab exercises:
1- weighted sit-ups
2- leg/butt raises (keep chin tucked for more activation)
3- side crunches for the obliques
I'm new to recording my workouts and will try to do more, but it's difficult with a busy gym and no workout partner. I always get asked about what my ab routine is so here's a few of the most effective for me (remember that everyone's body is different and you have to keep trying new things until you find the best for you!!!)
