Who likes spicy chicken tenders 🙋🏼I love all things spicy for the most part. I tried to make spicy baked chicken tenders with coconut flour for a healthier option vs eating out. They are ok, I'll need to add a little more spice to it next time, but meal prep is done for the next two days. Also make creamy chicken rice soup 🍵not the healthiest but I haven't been feeling well and I figured it's a better choice than some. So excited I had the energy to do this and hope to continue through the week ❤️

We are going to Six Flags today to celebrate my 16 year old's birthday last Monday. I offset my meals because the workweek has long hours. I eat at 10:30, 2:30, & 6:30-7:30. I try to keep that schedule on the weekends. If I don't I have a lot of hunger on Mondays. This is a pretty common breakfast for me. 1 oz oats cooked with water, protein is a 4 oz combination of almond milk, chia seeds, soy granules, hemp seeds (I just a little of each until it equals 4 oz-I don't know if this is OK or not), other 4 oz is coconut milk in my morning coffee, 6 oz fresh yummy juicy mango. I'm not sure what's going down for lunch, but plan to seek out some type of salad or veggie burger (taking off the bun of course). Wish me luck! So as some of you know I started the 30 Day Healthy Living programme with Arbonne at the beginning of September. Today is day 19. And I'm still going strong and loving the plan.

The best part is my health is so much better, I have Asthma, Rheumathoid Arthritis and was boarderline diabetic, no longer am I boarderline diabetic and feel amazing, my arthritis pain is almost completely gone, have not had an asthma attack since being on these products.
