Transformation Tuesday 
There’s only about 5kg difference between these two photos. 
Taken a year apart at the same parkrun. I actually finished faster in the before photo on the left, but that’s not a true reflection of how far I have come. 
Between these two photos I beat PND and anxiety. 
Between these two photos I moved house, twice. 
Between these two photos I lost two loved ones. 
It has been a tough year, but I have grown stronger. In my body and mind.
I can see the muscle tone in my arms and legs now. 
I have grown more confident. I am doing things I never would have dreamed of doing before. 
I signed up for a half marathon. 
This journey is about so much more than the weight loss, it’s about the transformation.

Green smoothie for breakfast this morning! I added banana to bump up the calories, as the original recipe doesn't add up to a lot (I'm on 400 cal breakfasts) and it tasted SO much better than before - it's usually quite bitter with all the kale. ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴

Back on it! After a long 7 weeks of physically feeling less than 100%, and not keeping up with healthy eating or  exercising, today I'm back on the band wagon. 
There's 9 weeks and 2 days until we're off overseas, and I REALLY don't want to look back at photos in paradise and see a whale πŸ‹
So, I'm starting off the day right with poached eggs & avocado with chilli to boost metabolism πŸ‘Œ πŸ’ƒ I'm making a commitment to myself to do the exercises on the #28daychallenge app every single day, and an extra dance or Tabata workout aswell. πŸ– I'm also cutting back on my consumption of meat for the next few weeks. Not because I want to be vegetarian again (I was for 8 years), or because I think meat is unhealthy, it's just because when I was on a plant based diet years ago, I was my fittest, lightest, strongest and healthiest. πŸŽ„πŸŽ… Also... I'm letting myself have Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day to eat/drink basically whatever I want, but otherwise I am looking forward to seeing some results!
