Sometimes I have to take a picture cause I just can't believe I am eating like this and finally have success with fat loss. Nice grilled sirloin added blue cheese for some added fat and asparagus was cooked in olive oil then added butter when done. Feeling so full 😋
Not gonna lie, I had bourbon chicken from the food court for dinner tonight!! I guesstimated 10SP for the chicken, 6SP for half the rice (I only ate half) and 0SP for the steamed veggies. We were shopping and cutting it close to dinner/bedtime so the food court was our best option. But hey that's why weight watchers rocks! Dipped into my weeklies but I was satisfied and so was my baby!

With only 5g net carbs it is so good that for sure will be a regular in my kitchen... was kinda missing some bread and I like that this can be filled so I added scrambled eggs with crumbled pork sausage and as a side a chai latte whit sugar free wiped heavy cream 😍

Caught a workout with @mszkelli last night. Performed some heavier complexes, then some higher volume arm and shoulder work.
Current weight is anywhere from 197-199. Up a few pounds from a month ago. Looking to keep this rate of weight gain to prevent getting so damn fluffy this off-season.

When you're 2 laps into your run...then you have to pee!! Lol. But couldn't stop so kept going. Then it was so hot out my music stopped. I checked my phone and it was too hot so shut down! If it's too hot for my phone, it's too hot for me so i walked the rest. Still glad I got out to the track 😊🏃🏻♀️👟😳💦☀️
