Thank you SO MUCH Amber & Neil for letting us capture your amazing wedding on Saturday at the beautiful Botanic Garden in St Albert. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and the ceremony was absolutely breath-taking!
Congratulations you two! ❤️❤️❤️
Vegas, you were lovely. But not as lovely as this group of people here. Happy birthday to all my September babies that brought us together this past weekend 💜
I did not forget that I was going to stream Destiny. I was leaving work late all last week and felt bad doing an 11pm or later stream. Then the trip to Vegas took up the end of the week. This week I can do Tuesday at 10pm or Wednesday at any time in the evening that works. Leave your preferred time in the comments!
So I figured for my 100th post on Instagram, I'd put the silliness aside and talk about something that means the world to me, my family.
Through absolutely everything, through all the dumb shit I've done, these three people have stood behind me, no questions asked. They have been so important to how I've developed as a man and as a human. Friends have come and gone but my family has ALWAYS been there.
To my little sister - We've had our disagreements and we've had our fights but they never last more than a day. Since the day they brought you home, I've always taken it upon myself to be there for you and protect you. As we got older, you did the exact same for me and would be a shoulder to cry on or a voice that could make me laugh. You've become such a strong woman and I'm so proud of everything you've accomplished and everything you will become. You are a superstar in my eyes and always will be.
To my Mom - I really don't know where to begin. You've taught me so much over the years that it would be impossible to narrow it down. I think most importantly, you taught me to respect and love myself. You have always been a voice of reason and guidance when I thought the world was crumbling around me. You've picked me up, dusted me off and taught me to stand taller and prouder than I did before. Words will never be able to express what you have meant to me and how important you've been in my mental and emotional development. You truly are an angel and I'm so lucky to have you as a mother.
To my Dad - We haven't always seen eye to eye, we've had our disagreements, we've butted heads but no matter what, you always tell me how proud you are of the man that I've become. From a young age you taught me how to use tools and fix things around the house. Taught me to drive a boat, car and snowmobile. Taught me that no matter what you stick by your team! Haha. But besides all that, you taught me to be confident in myself and my abilities. You're a hell of a man and because of that I grew up to respect myself and my work.
I love you all, with every ounce of my being.
