By slowing down, we get back in tune with our body and its circadian rhythm - our body's natural way of telling us when to wake up and when to relax and go to sleep. Cardio today! When we moved into this house I had no idea what to use the unfinished basement for. It's PERFECT for working out! I really try to make sure I'm doing every exercise properly even if that means I'm slower. Moving your body daily combined with the right nutrition will help to keep you feeling ALIVE. 67 perch later!! Got doubles on 😉 So happy that I got to spend the day fishing on the lake with my dad and husband. My dad has been fishing his whole life (and my husband ever since I’ve known him), so I LOVE being able to get out on the boat with the two of them :)
These days I consider it a #momwin when I get 30 minutes of uninterrupted practice on my mat!👍🏻😱Honestly, my practice over the last few months has been a series of short flows, conscious breathing, and any physical movement I can fit into my hectic schedule! My #asana practice looks different every single day and I am working on being okay with that. I am grateful for this phase of life and deeply humbled by this practice that teaches me so much about myself and this life we live 🙏🏻. #yogamom
