Hey guys new condiment review for you competitors and anyone watching cals. G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce. I just had it with my chicken, and the verdict is.. Incredible. Let's start with the nutrition label. Only 10 calories/2g carbs per 30g serving. Compared to the spicy mustard I've always used (10 cal per 5g serving 😳) it's a no brainer. The BBQ is far less calorie dense. Nutrition.. 9/10 you're only gonna beat this with regular hot sauce or yellow mustard in the calorie dept, Walden farms also but I don't care for many of their products personally. Anyway, the BBQ sauce taste is phenomenal, very sweet, bourbon-y, honey infused flavor. 8.5/10 flavor in the real world... given the lack of sugar/calories etc 10/10 idk how they did it! I'm fortunate to work from home. That affords me a much easier path to eating healthy since I can eat of my own kitchen. I have lost over 35lbs this year and gotten into the best shape of my life. As you can see from my page I still eat delicious food. I eat "fun" food. I eat desserts. I just don't eat a ton of them and don't eat them all the time.
Above is a simple veggie lunch lightly drizzled with olive oil, and seasoned with freshly cracked salt and pepper. Veggies include mini potatoes (potatoes have been demonized by the way - they are actually really good for you), asparagus, and a few garlic cloves. Baked at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Potatoes by themselves the first 20 add the asparagus the last 15.

.YOU'LL NEED: ⭐️ unsweetened coconut flakes ⭐️ instant regular or decaf coffee (@nescafe baby!) ⭐️ cocoa powder ⭐️ vanilla extract ⭐️ @kagedmusclesupps vanilla KASEIN ⭐️ stevia, honey, agave nectar, or another natural sweetener
⭐️ low cal almond milk ⭐️ boiling hot water ⭐️ cold water .
⭐️Boiling the water
⭐️Then mix 1 teaspoon of instant coffee into 4oz of hot water ⭐️ Add 1/2 teaspoon of stevia or honey and mix ⭐️ Steam (or heat up) 6oz almond milk and mix into coffee mixture ⭐️Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and mix .
⭐️ toast 1/4 cup shredded coconut (I just put it in a pan on the stove) until it turns brown
⭐️ mix a little cold water into 1/2 scoop KASEIN until it turns into a thick pudding ⭐️ roll the KASEIN into little balls .
.NOW FOR THE MOON DUST PART
⭐️sprinkle toasted coconut on the top of the latte ⭐️ put 3 or 4 little KASEIN balls on top of the shredded coconut ⭐️ sprinkle a little cocoa on top ⭐️ sprinkle a little unmixed KASEIN on top of all of that ⭐️ sprinkle a little more coconut .

Everyone knows it's Monday morning weigh in! Down another 5.6 pounds this week for a total of 28.2 pounds lost! That's almost 30 pounds! I've been missing for aaaages and I'm sorry! Trying to get back on track with this week with meal prepping - a Chinese style prawn curry and 150g basmati rice, and chicken chunks with spicy rice - all under 400 calories. The new job is in the middle of nowhere, which is kind of a good think - I can't binge on junk haha. Getting home has been another story entirely though!
