Made my first Macaroni and cheese (100% dairy and fat free). Added some broccoli and plan to make lettuce wraps to get extra greens in. Sometimes getting the greens in is the hardest part but I've found if I pair it with a good dressing or "cheese" sauce it's so much more enjoyable. Even the 4 year old is gobbling this stuff up! Mac & cheese Recipe
2 cups milk
2 cups macaroni pasta
2 cups cheddar cheese mix with mozzarella
How to make it
1. Combine 2 cups of milk with 2 cups of macaroni
2. Simmer until macaroni are cooked to your preference STIRRING OFTEN!
3. Do not drain the pasta! Add in 2 cups of cheddar cheese (and salt and pepper) to the pasta and milk mixture, and stir until it's all melted. .
