This thought keeps passing though my mind as this year comes to an end & approach 30. I have mixed emotions when it comes to the idea of age. My husband is almost two years younger than I am & our ages have never been an issue. In fact, most people think he’s older than me. 😂 •
I keenly feel the passing of time, especially when I acknowledge major life milestones. Tyler & I will be celebrating 10 years together shortly & we’ve been married for 5 years. 🙌🏼 But even as I celebrate the relationship that means the most to me & that defines a large part of who I am, I celebrate who I am individually. 💕 •
I celebrate my love of words, how much I love to read. I celebrate how much I value relationships & how much I have learned about who I am. With each passing day, I celebrate how strongly rooted I already am in what I identify with & I grow excited about the woman I will become. 💕 •

Got my workout done while I was watching my kids play out in the garage. 🤸 Jáde was nearby as I did my wo. 👶 Then she asked for her bottle. I paused my wo video and quickly made one for her then sat her in front of me. She fast fell asleep and gave me a few more minutes to finish up my wo.
Oh and how cute and inspiring is my new tshirt?! I received it today in the mail for completing my Shift Shop challenge a month or so ago. 👕☺
This little bird is like an unruly two year old who demands attention (and gets it!) but she can also be the sweetest little love bug at just the right time! I got this shirt I’m wearing in the mail today for being one of the first to complete a new fitness program that launched this summer and it could not have come at a better time. It’s been a challenging week and it’s a great reminder that I CAN do hard things, that even though I may be a Coach, I’ve got a freaking amazing group of challengers and a team that is as supportive of me as I am of them, and no matter what I AM enough. And you know what? You ARE, too!! Be happy with what you have while working on what you want.
It’s Friday and it’s late, but I got it done. #flexfriday 💪🏼 I’ve really been trying to focus on making better nutrition choices this week and I must say I was about 90%! As I write this I’ve realized it wasn’t that hard....but why??? I changed my mindset with how I eat. I’m just giving my body what it needs instead of depriving it of things I want. Simple shift, with an improved outcome!

It was a tad bit chaotic here between some work calls and then Jamie and I squeezing our workout in while the kids were cray cray, dinner, then Axel crying that his ear hurts. AND, there’s Halloween cupcakes to be made for Axels last soccer game tomorrow. But! Jamie and I did our best and knocked it out, cause over here, it’s a family affair!❤️ Oh. Yes, sometimes your story needs to be told, but not if itsa going to keep you victimizing yourself.
Although the feelings will linger for a very long time, maybe forever, that doesn't mean you sit there wallowing.
There is a time to grieve over people, situations, etc, but not for the rest of your life.
So if you must tell your story, do it so that it helps others.

I’m such a people pleaser so I have not always had the best judgement when it comes to finding those who have MY best interest at heart. 🤷🏻♀️ I mean, I know what’s on my heart & I can definitely say that I just want people to find their happiness. 💕 •

First off, it’s great to be back home and back on my grind! We’ve been traveling so much and work has been so crazy that I SERIOUSLY got derailed. I’ve used today to refocus and get back on track. I may look like a hot mess express (due for a haircut and a shave) and the apartment is a wreck but I’m feeling great today. My Shift Shop shirt came in which I got for being one of the first to complete the shift shop. And guess what!!!!!! IT FITS. When placing the order the sizes only went to XL. I was on the verge of needing XXXL (yes 3 X’s)in July and to say that I can put this shirt on is so crazy to me. What?!? ALWAYS remember that this isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency. 😱Side effects I am feeling from “Downing University”... 😩Hatred for steps, or having to pop a squat in a public restroom 💪🏻Having to “row” to open a heavy glass door (like WHY?) 😂Feeling like a new born baby giraffe just learning to walk after those burnouts (if you can get up) ⚡️the need for energize pre workout for your endurance (bc you better get ready to bring it) ⚡️the need for hydrate during your workout to replace those electrolytes (so you don’t pass the f out) 🖐🏻the need for recover EMINCLY post workout to prevent “too much” muscle soreness (bc stretching aint enough folks) 🙏🏻The elated feeling you get for the opportunity to “get out of the mental box” and tap into your inner greatness 👊🏻Giving birth to your GREATNESS 🌟Feeling like you are truly walking in your purpose for once in your life ☎️looking forward to Chris’s live calls and messages 🤗feeling like your trainer could be a psychic/life coach/mentor/bff/really scary during those workouts/big teddy bear (who makes any kind of bear move painful) 🚫WARNING: this program and this experience could cause positive things to start happening in your life such as; getting into the best physical and mental condition of your life, being a better human being, positivity, opportunities will present themselves, pulling yourself out of any rut, the universe aligning with all of your aspirations, a true SHIFT in every aspect of your life and a DOSE of the good life!

"I Am Fitness " Event.. I put together an incredible team of trainers including Talented Local Trainer @focused7304 F.O.C.U.S.E.D. Personal Training & Fitness , Beachbody Master Trainer from Pittsburgh @kamjamz and myself. We will be doing live workouts, food, motivational speaking , live DJ, and hosted by the phenomenal Cleveland Market Council - Beachbody. Full event details, cost, etc will be released the beginning of next week.
I look a hot mess this morning, and I may or may not have straight rolled out of bed to do my workout, but that's the beauty of working out at home!
Another bonus is you get to wear whatever you want to workout in and nobody can judge you for it... unless of course you post your selfies for the world to see 😂

On the struggle bus🙄🙄 That morning workout that I didn’t want to do. Instead I was walking round the house aimlessly doing this and that, honestly nothing I can even remember know. Then I saw my vision board and I just had to get it done and now I feel fantastic. What was I thinking 🙈🙈
