🦄 Wet n' wild coloricon BRONZER # 739 🦄 Purchased from Dollar General 🦄 Retailed at $3.99
For a pretty cheap, drugstore bronzer. This one definitely takes the cake! It doesn't swatch fantastic however it applies so smooth and easy to the skin. It does take a little to blend it out but that is because of how pigmented it really is. Definitely gives you a warm tone color and helps me to not look so dead! 🦄 Final score: Worth your money
Today I’ll be walking you through my first experiences working as a Makeup Artist. After I finish my course with my GURU RR (@makeupbyritarahmann) in middle of year 2014, I started posting pictures of my models (which is my sister) and all my practice makeup on my social media. Soon enough, people started asking me if I could do their makeup. At first I was too shy and not very sure of myself so I would decline. Once I felt happy with my work and was receiving very positive from everyone, I started accepting small jobs from my instagrams. It was the first time I was going to do a total stranger’s makeup. I was to go to her house and do her makeup for her engagement. I was so nervous! I cleaned and sanitized my brushes and kit the night before, organized my (then) small makeup bag, and left everything set for the big day. She told me she didn’t usually wear much makeup and was willing to let me do whatever I thought would look good on her. I also do my best friend wedding makeup. I wouldn’t charge them much since they were basically my friends & family members. A few months later, and after taking quite a few continuing education courses, I started as freelance Make-up Artist Officially.
Looking back at that time, I took a REALLY long time doing a makeup. I wanted everything to be perfect. Anyway, client was always happy with the result and I was too. That feelings when i got a text from client saying “Thank you so much for my makeup. Everyone at the party complimented me and it lasted ALL night!” (Even my makeup is too basic) I was so proud!
Yes! It is very easy to take on this career. It only takes one to two years to study to be able to work or even take short courses. Of course, my top tip is you should never stop learning! As you need to keep your makeup trends fresh and there are always new skills and techniques to learn.
Keep on practicing, and keep on learning!

When i was a teenager i went through severe acne problems, i hated everything that had to do with my face. Sometimes i felt like i want to put a plastic bag on my face and walk around without anyone seeing me, i felt every kind of feeling anybody could ever go thro, i was made fun of soooo many times i could never count, it made me unconfident, insecure and anxious and uncomfortable with myself .. i went thro a really hard time trying to love my self.. i use to apply huge amount of foundation trying to cover all the acne on my face and ofc the dry bloody scars that i use to create when i felt depressed and had complete breakdowns just wanting the acne to disappear asap ..i bought all of the full cover foundations i could ever think of😂 long story short... one day a magical medicine was invented 🙌🏻 i started with my Roaccutane treatment for 9 months trying to fight the depression and discomfort i felt every single day🤜🏻 the doctor told me that i need to decrease the dose becuz it was effecting my kidney which made me take the course longer🤕 finally results were awesome and i dont even care anymore if i have 3 pimples on my face 😂 ( just three tho no more ok skin?) after this long process ive went thro fighting to have a clear skin, i discovered all the beauty and skin products i had and i fell in love with makeup and everything that has to do with it😍 and thats how my makeup journey started. I began to love myself and embrace all my beautiful features that the acne was hiding😤 thaaats it folks sorry for the long story just needed to talk a bit i guess😂🙄 •
