so, as I said in my live feed this morning, I made a little mistake that cost me a whole day of carb cravings this week
choosing a breakfast of porridge, even though i added protein powder, nuts and seeds, left me craving carbs all day long
this pic, is pretty much my typical breakfast, most days, but with the weather getting colder and me being a little bored, I changed it for a day
back to this today, but added a sprinkle of cheese to flavour a little
I felt full, satisfied, energetic and had no hunger or cravings for 3 hours after
I'm glad I made this error, as I needed to see how my body reacted to this change to be able to make the best choices for ME in the future
what works for us one day may change the next
our lives, hormones, stress levels, activity and so on can change daily so therefore we cannot expect to eat the same each day and it work
start being more aware of your body, life and changes that effect you, then adapt your food around this xx

👩🏻⚖️This question came from @ginoowa who wanted to know which method of training, Random or Structured, would yield the better result.
☘️As you can see there are pros and cons to both methods and sticking to a plan that best suits you, your personality and your goals should always be the most important factor.
🤖My plan over the years has seen me use both of these methods and they have both been successful. There are times when I love a structured program that I can track over the course of 6-10 weeks and watch my progress closely. Other times I just like to head to the gym and do what I feel like on that day.
🦁The saying goes, “variety is the spice of life”. While a structured program can be very good at helping you drive forwards, it can also become quite repetitive and boring. The addition of a random exercise program can help keep you on your toes and keep your enthusiasm high over time.
⛄️Consistency Over Perfection will win out every time. Stop stressing about finding the “perfect” program and trying to find the plan that is “best” for you. Just get into the gym with any sort of program and just start doing something. Procrastinating never got anyone anywhere!

Nous avons été invité pour un baptême à un magnifique restaurant avec buffet à volonté. Avant c'était le genre de situation que j'avais beaucoup de mal à géré et aujourd'hui je me suis rendu compte du chemin que j'ai fait. Je me suis vraiment fait plaisir mais avec des aliments sains principalement (oui il y a eu du dessert lol) et en y prenant beaucoup de plaisir. On nous a offert pour nos anniversaires un dessert supplémentaire que j'ai à peine touché car j'avais assez. Je l'ai donc partagé avec les autres invités. Un super moment en le régalant, sans culpabilité et sans aller dans l'exagération. Que ça fait du bien 😊 Maintenant retour à la maison et à mes habitudes avec plaisir.
