I'm not a cottage cheese person at ALL, and originally wasn't the biggest fan of this for that reason but the hubs had me make it for him aaaaall the time.🙄 Everytime he starts off with "How much do you love me?" I know it's some sort of food he wants me to make and usually this snack right here.
🤷🏼♀️Long story short, idk how it happened but here I am having it for a snack and lovin' every bite. So good! And if you love cottage cheese, I know you'll dig it!

1. Heat the coconut oil and coconut sugar over med-low heat in a small saucepan. OH and cinnamon. Don't forget a dash of cinnamon.
2. Add chopped apples and sauté until well coated. Don't overdo it or the coconut sugar and oil become super chewy. But maybe you like it that way.💁🏼
3. Assemble cottage cheese, granola, and caramelized apples. Enjoy!

2.5 hours and I have all of this week's meals ready to go! 🙌🏻 👩🏻🍳 Here are some items that will be incorporated into my meals this week:
My favorite "cheesy" 🧀 roasted broccoli; roasted sweet potato wedges 🍠🍟; chopped and prepped lacinato kale for easy access to salads 🥗 and stir frys; sliced up organic cucumber 🥒 for quick snacking; pomegranate pearls because I love throwing them on everything; frozen zucchini and avocado 🥑 for the best thiiiick smoothies; oven roasted juicy chicken thighs 🍗(pasture-raised from a local farm); garlicy organic turkey 🦃 meatballs; my perfect paleo chocolate chip cookies 🍪(OTB); my raw cookie dough balls (recipe a few posts back!) because I obviously need cookies AND cookie dough 😜, and finally a few slices of my walnut loaf 🍞 (OTB)! I've also got raw nuts 🥜, bags of organic cauliflower rice 🍚, frozen wild caught salmon filets 🐟 and a few other supplemental items not pictured.
These healthy, organic staples will provide me and my hubby 4-5 days of healthy and easy eating! 🍽.

Mein Mittagessen für die nächsten drei Tage 🥗 Ich hab endlich mal wieder #mealprep gemacht 🙌🏻 Ne Zeit lang war ich da auch total fleißig, aber irgendwie ist es dann wieder eingeschlafen. Und so bin ich die letzte Zeit wieder dazu übergegangen mittags irgendwelchen Schrott in Form von Fertigessen zu essen. Das ist nicht nur ekelhaft und auf Dauer auch nicht gesund, sondern auch schlecht für die Figur (hallo Bauchspeck, schön Dich wieder zu sehen. Nicht.) Und so gibt es jetzt erstmal wieder Salat, je nach Laune mit gekochtem Ei oder Hähnchen. Abends koche ich eh warm, also reicht mir das vollkommen. Und das ganze hat nur 10 Minuten gedauert. Oh Mann 🤦🏼♀️ Also gar nicht dramatisch das Ganze! Bereitet Ihr Euer Essen auch vorab zu?! Turkey burgers everywhere 😍🍔 this is part of my #mealprep for the week. This will be lunch for both me and my mom. I followed the turkey burger recipe from my blog and paired it with some green beans and corn 🌽
TURKEY BURGERS (makes 10):
▪️48oz of 93% lean ground turkey
▪️7oz diced onion
▪️1/2 cup dried parsley
▪️2 tbsp garlic powder
▪️2 tsp salt
▪️2 tsp pepper
➡️just mix everything together in a bowl, and then separate into 10 evenly sized balls. Flatten them with your hand (or a hamburger press) and grill for 7 minutes each side.
