Сегодня у меня тут писанина про то как стать здоровым за три копейки)) ну в смысле, я прям не могу слышать эти все - ну это же дорого и тд! Намного намного дороже лекаркства, таблетки, врачи и прочие развлечения тех, кто выбирает путь «не хочу тратить свои силы и время на себя сейчас пока все работает». Но потом…. Ох… я наблюдаю своих родственников, их друзей, да впрочем 95% населения именно в состоянии, когда уже кажется поздно начинать действия, организм в таком плачевном состоянии, что кроме дискомфорта он не приносит ничего и поэтому человек лет так в 70 уже сам хочет помереть, потому что таскать этот мешок с больными костями уже нет сил… мы освобождаемся от него именно смертью… НО! Можно жить счастливо в здоровом теле, можно! И я это тоже вижу каждый день и сама иду именно этим путем, чтобы не стать обузой детям в старости, чтобы быть гордостью для своего сына на выпускном в крутой школе, чтобы любимый мужчина мог наслаждаться тем, что он видит и трогает, потому что в первую очередь он будет жить со счастливым человеком, а во вторую с красивым телом. 
Так вот к делу. Основа здоровья – это чистый и заселенный правильными бактериями кишечник. Так как они именно они производят витамины и дают нам жизненные силы и бодрость, а также красоту и тд, и глотать коллаген пачками не поможет, пока внутри вас червячки живут (а живут они во всех). Пример идеального питания на день: 👉👉👉

👉🏼 worst thing you could do is do some stupid no salt or juice / liquid detox.🙈 instead stop processed #sugar immediately and start whole foods preferably fermented with some good fruits 💚🌱🥝🥑🍑. This would clear your system faster and ease that liver you were 🙆🏻🙆🏻killing .

👉🏼 stop #meats and go plant based for a few days till the after effects go away .

Week 8 of lunch meal prepping is ready for the freezer and the work week ahead. The package of broccoli doesn’t seem to be accurate.  I need 440 grams for my five days of lunch. Package says 454. I think I only got about 410, maybe 415 once cooked. I think somebody isn’t telling the truth. I think next week I’ll video document some of this and post the results if they are significant. Either way, glad to have been meal prepping almost two months now, lost about 10 pounds of body fat, and I really haven’t done anything too drastic other than prep my lunches and eliminate sugar snacks. INGREDIENTES:
#3 oz de pechuga de pollo
#2 tortillas de maíz
#2 limones cortados en cuartos
#Sal y pimienta al gusto
#1/2 taza lechuga picada
#Cilantro al gusto

PREPARACIÓN:
#1 Corta el pollo en cubos de más o menos 2 pulgadas sazonalo con sal y pimienta al gusto y con el jugo de uno de los limones.
#2 Deja reposando por unos minutos en un pincho, pon los trozos de pollo intercalados con los cuartos de limón
#3 Lleva los pinchos a la parrilla o al horno a fuego medio por 10-12 minutos, volteando para que no se quemen.
#4 Cuando el pollo esté listo sácalo de la parrilla y sirve en las tortillas con el cilantro y la lechuga

Definitely feels like I’m going backwards at the moment. I currently have done more damage to my ankle so thankfully no moon boot but I am really restricted to what I can do. I am suppose to stay off my feet as much as possible, no extra walking, no jumping, no running, no extra pressure and nothing that will aggregate the joint. So this has put a major dampener on my training. Never fear though, when there is a will there is a way.
