ROUTINE FOR THE WIN!
It's the eve of Turkey day and I have tons to do (like many others). I'm working today, have a couple biz meetings, need to prepare appetizers, get packed...it seems endless.
It would be easy to skip my workout with the excuse I don't have time. That is a very common excuse and you know what they say about excuses...they're like a*sholes, everyone has one!
But, I'm not going to let the excuse win. I KNOW, that by keeping my routine, I weaponize my productivity. I have energy and my mind is clear. I'm ready to take on the challenges of a busy day.
So, while your preparing for all the festivities of the day of thanks, take some time for you. Get in a quick sweat sesh, yoga, or meditation. Don't forget to be thankful for you, your gifts, and your abilities.
Tell me what you did in the comments...Now, go get it done!

What a fantastic end to an insanely busy day!! Been on the go since 6am training myself, 8 PT clients and a mindset coaching client and all whilst only just on the mend after a sickness bug.
Having this waiting for me in the post when I got home is the awesome reminder of the journey I started in January with @the_mindset_guys and the first #mindsetacademy trainees, the most awesomest bunch of people you could hope to meet .
@callum.r.hardingham and @sam.pashley.fitness I'm so glad I said 'YES' to this course even though I couldn't be sure what lay ahead. Little did I know it would be the one decision that turned my life around for the better. It's a direct result of your guidance and input that has helped me see my potential and stopped me from holding myself back. I can now do the same and help others as you guys have helped me #payitforward
Much love ❤
Our third step for increasing your sales on instagram... remember when I posted a few days ago about switching to a business account? This is one of the benefits. Insights on Instagram gives businesses actionable information about who their followers are and which posts are resonating better than others, all from within the mobile app. By learning more about the behaviour and demographics of your audience, you can create more relevant and timely content.
Slide left, my second image shows how many followers I have and importantly how many I have added in the last week.
The third image shows my posts filtered by how many impressions. This function will help you know what posts are doing better than others. You can change impressions to reach, saved etc.
The fourth image shows the gender of my followers and how old they are. You can use this to know if your audience is your target market. This will help you develop content that will resonate with them.
The final image explains what the terms mean. So if you’re wondering what the difference is between impressions and reach swipe left.
There are other areas I have not captured so you can discover them yourselves... Now check your insights, explore each section and let this influence how you post going forward.

Need a little extra motivation? Here''s a quick list of the ways that today''s workout will boost your mind, body, and soul. · Improves the quality of your sleep.
· Burns fat.
· Boosts your metabolism.
· Charges your immune system for one to three hours after each workout.
· Increases your circulation.
· Eliminates toxins through the sweat glands and lymph system.
· Regulates blood sugar levels.
· Lowers blood pressure.
· Lowers cholesterol.
· Lowers your risk of stroke. Even low-intensity workouts, such as walking and biking, can lower this risk by 23 percent, the American Heart Association reports. A job entailing physical activity can lower it by 49 percent.
· Increases muscle mass.
· Strengthens your heart and lungs.
· Reduces your risk of various kinds of cancer, including breast cancer.
· Slashes your risk of developing coronary heart disease, the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Burning 2,000 calories per week in your workout and daily activities reduces your risk of heart disease by 40 percent.
· Helps you control anxiety.
· Provides an appropriate outlet for aggression and tension.
· Helps you lose weight. Exercise is critical to any weight loss strategy, and it may be an even more significant factor than diet. A study in Great Britain involved researchers tracking 1,000 female twins. Researchers considered all factors that might influence the women''s weight, including smoking, hormone therapy, diet, and physical exercise. Physical activity had the most profound effect on weight. Even the women whose physical activity consisted of relatively low intensity exercises, such as golf and bowling, had less body fat--particularly dangerous abdominal fat.
· Helps keep your body looking great. Your clothes fit better and your posture improves.
· Improves your self-esteem.
· Improves your sex life. One study reports that physically active women are more likely to describe themselves as assertive, sexy, and physically strong. A majority of them also said exercise helped to boost their career, relationships, self-esteem, and sex life.
· Enhances your mood . Reduces stress
. Energizes you
Meditation is probably the healthiest and most effective long-term coping strategy for stress, and we have more than enough of that in today’s world. Second – and this, I believe, is critical – it provides the practitioner with the ability to look at self, other and world in a much more objective way. It allows understanding outside of our emotional reactions. So instead of falling into the hysteria that recently has been roiling our culture, why not find a way to walk through, eyes open, alert, healthy and ready for what life has in store of us?

Let’s have a quick chat about this gorgeous gal!
80% of my clients come to me wanting to lose weight, 20% come because they want to gain weight!
Emma is one of those 20%, and whilst most people would say ‘oh wouldn’t it be nice to have that problem and instantly get jealous’ they don’t understand how HARD it can be for some people to actually put weight on!
In Emma’s case this little lady battles with auto immune diseases which affect not only what foods she can stomach, but also her day to day life. It’s a constant battle with nausea, low energy, migraines and so much more that aren’t visible to the naked eye!
So next time somebody tells you they are trying to put weight on, don’t be jealous and don’t laugh at them because you don’t understand what struggles they are actually going through!

Just wanted to share some LOVE and GRATITUDE🙏🏻 to every single one of you who follow me or check my profile once in a while, or even if this is your first time reading my feed - Thank you🙏🏻 Hope you'll have an amazing day! 🌿
Lately I've been noticing new followers , and I've been surprised how many yogis have joined, also people who devote their lives to reinvent themselves and help others and I just wanted to say how much that means to me! Sometimes we can live in our own bubble, in that rat-race of everyday lives, talking to people we might not be happy to comunicate with.. that it is so refreshing to see that there ARE more like-minded people.. and we are not alone😁🙌🏻✨
Are there areas of your life that needs improvement? If leaders are readers, don’t you think it could benefit you to read books like You Are a Badass?
The first chapter is amazing and I can not wait until I finish this book for the 3rd time.

❓Liebst du was du tust? Schreib es mir in die Kommentare ⬇️⬇️⬇️
When I was younger I had a pretty negative mindset, and as such as a teenager (this is the regular hard time of life anyway) lead a life that was based on poor me, why me, how come nothing good happens to me, why am I so unlucky? Etc etc. this attitude and mindset progressed for several more years as I did struggle in life.... here’s a quick re-cap on how I got so bogged down in my mindset.
I was kicked out of home at 17 had no where to live for over a year (basically couch hopped while still attending school and TRYING to do my HSC) and basically struggled with all aspects of life.... life was hard!! I felt alone, I had a negative mindset.
To my credit though I never gave up, I completed high school with pretty poor Marks and I continued on my path, which I wasn’t really sure of. I stumbled across fitness and worked in a gym while I went and studied to be a sports therapist, and held down two jobs. I had also met my now husband at this crucial time and he was a very positive person! His positivity and mindset was infectious and it slowly helped me change mine. (It took years to realize my mindset were holding me back)
The best personal growth that we both ever had was when we started a business together. This was one of those pyramid type businesses that sold products BUT worked a lot on mindset and self power/belief/confidence ...and I tell you.... that shit works! It was through this business and reading the books that they recommended plus being around like-minded people that really helped me grow internally. .
I had started to changed my mindset and I could feel that is was impacting positively on my life. .
If you see things as a challenge rather than a setback, it totally changes how you feel about the situation! .
Always see the glass as half full and try find a positive learning experience in every situation, trust me it will make you a much happier person, keep you focused and make life a whole lot more enjoyable! -
Plays today were ROKU and RIOT, twas a good way to end the short week. As much as I enjoy Thanksgiving, I'll take a winning trade over some turkey anyday lol
What did you make money on this week?? Let me know in the comments
Do you want to see how strong your mentality really is?
Get inches away from the mirror and stare yourself down until you get so fucking uncomfortable you want to break.
During that discomfort, repeatedly tell yourself you’re going to be the best.
Repeat it until you are no longer uncomfortable.
If you break eye contact, you lose.
If you don’t and gain comfort... congratulations, you chose to believe in yourself.
Do it.. I fucking dare you.
