Todo empezó en agosto 2016 cuando me hice este famoso test. Me emocioné, me puse nerviosa, me asusté, empecé a caminar de un lado para el otro (ya que me lo hice sola porque el padre estaba en viaje de negocios) y nunca fui tan feliz sino hasta el día que llegó al mundo Mia. Desde ese momento esto se ha puesto cada vez mejor...
Sí, es un poco cliché que mi primer post sea el test, pero todo tiene un comienzo y ésta foto es la mejor que marca ese antes y después.

When you’re a mom who thrives on routine & quiet naptimes, long weekends with no school can be more stressful than anything..can anyone relate or am I alone here?🙈😂 My workouts keep my stress levels down & thankfully my mama knows this. While the rest of the babes napped, she spent 1on1 time with Aiyana so I could get in an extra sweat.
Tip of the Day: Know your stressors and plan for them. Make that extra time to workout or have quiet time. Be in charge of your emotions—now I can be a calm mama☺️👌🏽
Makenzie is 8 months today! 🎉🎉🎉 So CRAZY how time has just flown right before our eyes! Makenzie is crawling everywhere and obviously getting into EVERYTHING! She does not like to get her clothes changed at all! She has grown to like the water and enjoy bath time! And the girl is STRONG! She starting to smile at more people. She is ALMOST standing on her own...she's trying SO HARD and pushes herself up very well! She's nosy and very observant. She still wants that constant attention all the time! She's still loving sweet potatoes. She also likes bananas, carrots, and pumpkin. Her 2 bottom teeth are almost in! ❤
We continue to be so grateful for our little blessing! 🙏

Focus on the internal. Today I had to stop and remind myself this. When life get stressful or overwhelming, it is easy to look at all of the outside circumstances. Really, it is my decision to remain in this stressed energy OR I can take responsibility for myself and fix it. Focus on what I can do to feel joy. For me this means sweating it out + then getting out of the house with my littles and SO I did just that. Helllooo, positive energy 🦄⭐💞
Ok here's the deal, I know many of us are busy with all the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving- myself included.
And I know tomorrow is a day that's associated with eating until your pants don't fit 🦃. I get it. It's the holidays and we all want to indulge.
But if you have a feeling you might indulge a bit too much this weekend, or cant even think about getting yourself back on track until Monday- I've got you. My LAST health + fitness challenge of the year will be kicking off on Monday, and I'm opening up a few more spots.
I know it's tempting to throw caution to the wind in December, but let me tell you- you can either do A LOT of damage over the 4 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas (all extra pounds that you'll be struggle to lose in the New Year) OR you can get some REAL results and start looking and feeling your best come Christmas.

@vannox_ @marvy1992 und @blackyone13 haben es ausgenutzt und die KIT in Karlsruhe besucht. Nach einer Vorlesung waren ja wir quasi richtige Studenten. Mussten erst mal eine Pause einlegen und n Glühwein trinken. Studenten bieten Glühwein an, nur Glühwein und Glühwein mit Schuss. Kinderpunsch? - Fehlanzeige! Ich wäre ein super Student. Haben uns dann noch komplett verlaufen, was unserer beschwippsten super Laune keinen Hieb versetzten konnte. Ich würde sagen liebe Unis holt eure Töchter rein jetzt kommen wir!
