I don’t know if this is weird but this was when I was 3 days out 137.5 pounds the lowest weigh in of my prep. This is a clip of my resting abdominals to flexing. And I needed a haircut lol! But my prep is over and I’m bulking! So I’ll get to posting some heavy weight lifting! And some may say flat or dry or even small but I don’t care! This was the most conditioned I’ve ever been and I’m proud of it! This will be my goal to beat my next prep. Thanks for checking it out💪🏻 #bulking
Another achievement in 2017. AugustMan 2017 Marathon 12km✔️... It's been a while since my last run. It's not easy to complete 12km as I think now but I am glad that I able to finish it within my desired target time period.
