My ig is full of countless pictures of green juice. I still cannot over emphasize the great benefits of drinking green juice. Just a reminder :
1. Great way to rid the skin of toxins and makes the skin glow.
2. Boost your metablism so its easier to maintain or lose weight .
3. Keeps your immune system super strong..lol...your chances of having the flu ...the common cold is highly unlikely.
4..my favourite ....it is a great way to prevent diabetes.......
Never add sugar...1/2 teaspoon of honey is ok ..or a 1/4 green apple or pineapple.....no cane sugar😊
Yes....whether you are trying to maintain or lose weight you have to eat. I have proven the effects of the "every three hours" meal. Why ? Eating every three hours keeps
1. blood sugar level steady
2. Flatten the stomach in the process
3. Reset metabolism so it stays in high gear
4. Curbs cortisol ( stress hormone)
5. Gives more energy and makes you hungry less
What? Each session should include a meal that does not exceed 400cal/ snack that does not exceed 100 cal and a dessert that does not exceed 50cal...total of 1450 cal per day...and at least 4bottles of water.. These pictures are taken just a few short months apart, with little to no progress.
I have to confess, i have been in a serious mental funk that has kind of consumed me the last 3️⃣ ⬅️ weeks!! I was already struggling with my progress but then 3 weeks ago i injured my knee. I know everyone has set backs but this just mentally took me over. I’ve been depressed and so unmotivated. My leg days were those days i just felt so accomplished then overnight i realized that wasn’t going to happen for a while and then felt like i was failing. I felt like temptation got me more and i was loosing that spunk.
Yesterday i had a mental funk B R E A K T H R O U G H & i so needed it. Ryan and i checked in for our measurements and though i didn’t have a huge difference from 3️⃣ weeks ago i just knew i need to get back to it. 1 year ago i started this journey and its brought me so much happiness and peace. Whatever is going on in life, if i feel good then it helps those life “Lows” and really makes me enjoy the life “highs”. Plus, i have so many awesome people around me that are always so proud and motivated from me that i just can’t keep this negative mind set because it’s just not me!! Soooo that is why yes i had a VERYY long work day, sat in traffic for a few hours this morning and evening, but that left picture ⬅️ is me tonight at the gym. Yes I’ve been up since 3am and today kicked my ass but THIS brings me my peace and i needed that today. So no more cheat meals during the week (mainly chocolate 🍫), more water 💦, and commitment to eating my meals that i work hard to prep.

Write out how you feel about your business. Jot a quick note in your phone when you notice a thought like that. Remember a belief is a thought that you think over and over, and beliefs are connected to actions and your confidence. Noticing your thoughts is the first step.

Now, the reason I have chosen this #quote this week is because recently I think I have slightly lost myself in a situation I have been involved in. I feel I’ve lost some #positivity & energy along the way. I haven’t been sleeping properly and I feel it’s started to show. I’m not afraid to admit it. Now, feeling lost happens. It’s a part of life. A part of the process to happiness and success. Feeling lost I believe happens when your heart and mind are not working together. Therefore inner peace is out the window and confusion sinks in. It happens. Its a common thing, so I know I’ll be okay. Feeling confused, unsure and lost is a part of the journey. It’s part of the path to success. And is key to growth! 🔐
So, if you feel lost right now I want you to face it. Don’t avoid it. Those feelings are there telling you something; trying to show you what you need to see or face. You may not understand the ‘hows’ or the ‘whys’. Nor understand the ‘ins’ or the ‘outs’. But I can tell you your current situation; just like mine is not your final destination. It is not the be all and end all. It’s there to help you grow as a person. What you need to do is look for the #positive side to it. For example, my situation although has made me feel lost; it did bring me out my shell, made me realise I can experience feelings I thought I lost way back when and ultimately popped the bubble I put myself in. It broke down walls I had built around myself. You may also have noticed I have been training like crazy; well it has also been my #motivation to train harder than I usually do. There’s always a positive to take away or use. 🌤
