This is Elin ⭐️ she is such a STAR! She is also a physiotherapist at www.sthlmkirorehab.se where I was  so lucky to get in contact with her a year ago! And please don’t tell me you got a standing desk to combat the sitting. Sitting is not the problem, it’s the lack of movement that’s the problem. ➡️ Most people with standing desks are stationary whilst standing - they’re not really moving more than their seated counterparts. ➡️ Want to learn how to add more movement to your day? 1296kg....that's how much one mum training with us lifted, lunged, walked and slammed today. Training with us mimics daily life....mum's need to be able to pick up and move heavy stuff (kids, furniture, shopping, tools etc) so we train accordingly. 
She also skied a fast time for 1000m....just 4/10ths off her PB of 4.35.4.

Start by just using your body weight to go through the sequence, concentrating on engaging your core to stabilise the movement. If you feel like stepping it up a notch add some weight (we used a 15kg Bar) This will increase the load through your joints and force your muscles to become more ‘switched on’ to perform the same movements, with the same control and precision. It’s also a great challenge for the mind , following a sequence and staying focused throughout the flow. .

I did 3 sets only. I guess this is HIIT. To be honest I don’t like HIIT but I force myself to do it now and again because I know it’s quick and effective.
Exercise 1 - 15 reps
Exercise 2 - 20 reps
Exercise 3 - 12 reps
Exercise 4 - 20 reps
60 sec rest in between each set.
I modified the kettle bell swing so it didn’t go higher than usual as my shoulder is injured. This version was still a great workout and my shoulder didn’t feel a thing. I also modified the burpee as I’m not great with explosive movements. Still worked up a sweat and when I sweat I’m happy! 😅
