It’s mid week and what better way to start the day then with some mobility work with @lookgoodwithlauren! Get that body moving! .
Start by just using your body weight to go through the sequence, concentrating on engaging your core to stabilise the movement. If you feel like stepping it up a notch add some weight (we used a 15kg Bar) This will increase the load through your joints and force your muscles to become more ‘switched on’ to perform the same movements, with the same control and precision. It’s also a great challenge for the mind , following a sequence and staying focused throughout the flow. .
Try this sequence before your session today to activate legs, core and shoulders. .

🔊🔊 I was short of time the other day so I did this quick workout. Didn’t have time to record it whilst I was working out, so I recorded it later.
I did 3 sets only. I guess this is HIIT. To be honest I don’t like HIIT but I force myself to do it now and again because I know it’s quick and effective.
Exercise 1 - 15 reps
Exercise 2 - 20 reps
Exercise 3 - 12 reps
Exercise 4 - 20 reps
60 sec rest in between each set.
I modified the kettle bell swing so it didn’t go higher than usual as my shoulder is injured. This version was still a great workout and my shoulder didn’t feel a thing. I also modified the burpee as I’m not great with explosive movements. Still worked up a sweat and when I sweat I’m happy! 😅
