3 months vegan 🌱💚. (Don’t give a shit that im nearly naked😴and I can’t insta pose🙄🙈). Im catching myself looking at my body way more, actually wanting to look at it and liking what I see ♥️. Iv been consistent with PT and the gym all year ( @_bodybybeth ) lately still twice a week (pt) but the last month or so I haven’t stepped foot in the gym with being so busy with work & kids (and just not prioritising really🙄no excuse) so I could have been In proper shape,never really happy are we 🤔. I still have my abs tho 😏💪🏼😂, starting to love my arms which are taking shape (hated my arms they just wouldn’t do as they were told😢) and with going vegan, my diet is obviously plant based so I can’t really eat that bad (apart from vegan snacks..the devil 😈) so having such a good diet keeps me balanced. I don’t yo-yo now like I used to, I stay pretty consistent apart from the odd bloated week 🙄 (girl probs). Skin and energy is for sure way better, my nails and hair I can’t even explain the difference😍. I always get asked if it was hard going vegan, Well firstly i was Pescatarian for 20 years and wasn’t a big dairy fan so I had already made most of the changes, it was hidden dairy that was, not tricky, but you realised just what you could and couldn’t have, mostly couldn’t!, no more dairy milk for instance. They put cows milk in literally everything which pisses me off and just no need but hey there are so so many alternatives, it’s just a case of putting in the research🤓. The cafes that offer vegan menus too are also amazing like @theflametreecafe and @averydundee 💚. After seeing @ponoprobiotics popping up on my screen everywhere I had to give it a go and I have to say I get what all the hype is about. We just eat it off the spoon like a little treat and the kids are trying to come back for seconds. Being dairy free we don't eat yoghurt so knowing that there is the equivalent goodness of 2 litres of yoghurt per teaspoon gets a big thumbs up from me. Happy tummies happy bodies 👍😀
Our little helper today. I don’t know what was so fascinating about a box of tissues, but he wouldn’t let us put them in the trolley without crying. Why is it that babies are more interested in things like boxes than there own toys. Think of the money us parents could save this Christmas 😁 we actually have so many boxes from moving, I might just make the boys something, they’d probably have more fun with them😆
After some setbacks and struggles, I'm thrilled 😁 to announce B got an 🅰️on her science 🔬 test!!!! Whoop! 🎉 💃🏼 🎉 💃🏼 I'm sharing my smoothie today with her as a treat. And if you don't know, this shiz is like liquid gold to me, it keeps me on track with my nutrition as an afternoon snack, so the fact that I even entertained the idea of giving her some is major. I'll go back to being stingy tomorrow. 😂😂😂 #mamajuice

I must say I have quite enjoyed my pregnancies- well after the first 14 weeks but I have not enjoyed the Births unfortunately! Let’s hope next time ( yes hopefully there will be a next time hehe) I will be able to get my water birth that I have always wanted! .

It's been some day. She has literally been glued to me all day long, screaming as soon as I left her side for a second. This started at 3am and I've just managed to get her to sleep. I'm sooooo over the teething stage.

When I started my health journey I was living an absolutely sedentary lifestyle, soothing my exhaustion, frustration, and insecurities with comfort food every day. I felt like 💩! Daily.
