Went a little over my dailies today, but I’m still within my tracking zone 💃🏻 I forgot to take a photo of my lunch so here’s a neon light that pretty much sums up my week, or at least the way my week is turning 🤦🏻♀️
Tonight’s food was such a comfort food for me.... my mum used to make me cabbage leek and bacon all the time something so simple but so tasty so tonight I made my own version..... I’ve got cabbage, leek, veggie bacon 2x rashers (2sp) (it’s ok, not too keen on the texture but it’s not awful) and stirred through some Philadelphia light (2sp) so tasty 😋#wwfoodblogger#lovewwflex#wwflex#theflexeffect
The Black Forest mug cake was so good yesterday that I had to have it again today :) I added a tsp of @sweetfreedomuk choc shot to the mix as well today as you get 2 tsps for 1sp.... Weight Watchers hasn’t been at the forefront of my mind recently and I haven’t posted in forever. However, I’m still just about, managing to maintain a three stone weight loss overall...hoping this new FLEX plan will be a good kickstart back in the right direction! Will see how I’ve done in my first week on Saturday!
