My "lil bro 🦎" NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC moment reminded me of when I launched my collection of good vibes jewelry & art in National Geographic's Flagship store in Madrid, Spain on my 33rd bday! A literal dream come true!! I did three seminars with #NatGEO about conscious compassion and inspiring people to only adorn your body with things cloaked in personal meaning 🌊🌈❤️🌎🙏❣️⚡️
Why I Urge You All to Travel and Travel ALONE
As sunshine tingles the inners of my heart,
Those chambers which I knew not existed,
These glorious peaks and vast grasslands,
Speak to me, whispering and cooing, as I stand soaking tan,
My feet feel the drenched grass, of dew, and HOPE
My spirit is rejuvenated, as I elope,
It becomes a fairytale, with earthly endings and twist,
My eyes, your canvas, O' Nature, a place for tryst,
As I stand tall, perched in pouring rain,
You give me brawn to fare forward and not-be-tamed,
Oh darling Mother Nature, take me in,
For I am from you and you shall forever win!
Traveling makes you humble, it makes you your person, your hero in true sense. There have been moments, when I have given up beyond hope. In my darkest and blurriest of the times, these mountains have stood still, these rivers were as graceful and serene as they could be, birds have never denied me a good hymn, breeze never fooled blowing, flowers never stopped blooming. What is theirs, they offer with divinity and it echos back thousand folds of happiness. What more do you need? When there's ethreal selflessness and love, along every foot you set forward?
Polar bear. Svalbard. 🌎 Just as the storm settles down, he slowly awakes, and stands up silhouetted against the setting red sun. With a brief glance over his shoulder, he continues the hunt for food and life on the pack ice. Here, he is the undisputed ruler, the King of the Arctic. ❄️❄️❄️ Me, @melissa_schaefer and Nanuk 🐾 are currently enjoying the summer, cruising around in our Hubba Auto 🚐, visiting family and friends. But we do miss the ice, and look forward to next winter and the spectacular midwinter colors, like in this photo taken in March a few years ago. Exciting expeditions ahead, but much will happen before then. 😊
