A common regret is not having started sooner---feeling it's too late now & you've missed the boat whn u r 20 you'll wish you started training whn u were 15. Whn u r 30 you'll wish you started whn u were 20. Whn u r 40 you'll wish you started at 30. Your current seld will alwys wish you started 10 years ago. Excuses can be made at any age, but so can progress.
Consistency & longevity r the keys to progress at any age. Keep a healthy balance between your training, nutrition, & recovery.
Injuries tend to plague lifters far more than age, so use good form & don't be in a rush to pile on the weight. The tortoise won not the hare.

My biggest inspiration, My Mum (Lynda) we are both cancer survivors 💪💪I don’t get any inspiration from big bodybuilders or fitness models, I get my inspiration from your everyday people that who have been through the hardest things in life and still come out on top, happy and positive, through everything she is always happy and has been through alot including losing a son and almost 2 when I had cancer. A little Hammer and Chisel before hot chocolate and movies. Khaleb did the Double Time workout tonight but we focused more on his balance and coordination.
He is getting really good at burpees. 👏 The first exercise in this video was a real leg killer. My legs and glutes were on FIYAH! 🍑🔥
And let me not forget my lovely family who has provided me love and support through my decision to join the Army National Guard. Without my husband's unconditional support and his help in taking care of my daughter none of this would have been possible. It was amazing to see them at graduation. I'm so excited to return home to see them. They are the reason I do what I do. 😍
