3x super sets of :
10 x lunges each leg
20 x courtesy lunges .
4x10 glute cable pull throughs
4 x 10 hamstring curls .
Finished off with some abs and light cardio on the bike 🙌🏻

Even on vacation, my clothes are laid out and ready for the morning! I decided to wait to do my workout until we get home because my chest/tri workout would be severely lacking because of my lack of equipment here! •
But I will still be getting dressed first thing so when we get home I am ready to go 💪🏻 •
Weekends + coming home from vacation isn't an excuse to not workout for me anymore! I'll also be grocery shopping and getting meal prep done tomorrow! •

Imperfections and all on display! I'm on the gain train sitting at 190, I have made some growth that I am happy with. In order to make those gains sometimes you need to put on a little fluff to grow. I am an ectomorphic body where all my fat goes to my waist. Was currently on 3500 calories with no cardio for the last year. About to start adding some cardio and cutting cals. Don't be afraid to add some fluff to get the size you need. #teamrsp#teamnocalves#noabs#offseason
