Saturday is the beginning of my workout week. This week started with trying a few new things 😬. Wagon wheel deadlifts ✅. Axle clean and press, sort of ✅. After watching many videos, the technique will take some time to get used to, then the weight will come. Good start the week and best of all, back, wrist and foot all feel good 🤞. #nomoreinjuries#strongwoman
No one should ever suffer such an horrific injury like this. It's heartbreaking to see such a great player and someone who dedicate himself to the game experiencing this much of pain. It has been 2 weeks since I have been able to workout. Darn hip flexor injury but today I am starting back in but very slowly. Doing a beginner workout for the next 3 weeks. .
Even with an injury that took me out of the game, I know that I can get back into it when I am ready and not give up! .
