So my first attempt at bulking has come to an end 🐷 I learned a lot and gained a little muscle along the way!
I definitely wish I had gained a bit more...I’ve always struggled to put on weight because I’m not a big eater (you may be thinking that’s the dream but when your goals are to gain weight/build muscle it really sucks 🙄). But hey, let’s see where mission grow-dat-booty is at in a few months 👽 in the mean time, let’s start those shredddzzzz 🔥💥
For those wondering, I’m 5’2 sitting at 54kg (79% muscle, 17% body fat)
Saturday check in with @team_lrf done & feeling very happy ✅ new low weigh in of 117.8lbs.. 3lbs gone since last Saturday, slowly seeing the changes we need to see with new lines appearing - my body is finally responding 🎉 8 weeks to bring it - so no changes to cardio or diet this week, we are looking at bringing the weight down to around 114/115 over the next 10 Days (predicted stage weight 106/7lbs) - then we can ease of a little.. so coach says! The grind is very much on to bring my very best yet 👊
