Omega-3s not only create a natural anti inflammatory response in your body, but:

As Americans our diets are actually high in Omega-6s which cause inflammation in the body. Omega-3s on the other hand are the opposite. Now if you think taking an anti inflammatory medicine is enough, there are several facts that conflict that. These medicines are created to help relieve pain, but are not healthy for your body, they can actually end up creating more inflammation in your body, and have no additional health benefits.
I have found that the quality of fish oil supplements on the market can be very disappointing however. You can go to a large chain and find a container that will last you a "long time", the issue is you would have to take 5-10 pills to actually get the amount of Omega-3s you actually need, and good luck finding one that has proper dosage of EPA and DHA.

So here we go..for quite some time now I've had many people push me to take my training and knowledge and apply it on a more readily available platform for people to be able to reach me for my services. I've always remained hidden and "in the shadows" with it as people have stated, and admittedly I was, just due to time restraints of other jobs, and due to only keeping around serious clients that are dedicated to their results. I'm a former NPC bikinicompetitor 👙, online trainer & macro coach 💻, and have been in the fitness realm for a little over 5 years! ⠀
When I discovered the gym, I was coming from living in a constant cycle of emotional overeating ➡️ extreme guilt ➡️ restrict and diet ➡️ loose control. I was miserable.⠀
Even when I started working out and eating better, I was extremely restrictive. I only allowed myself to eat certain foods and lost control if I had a, "cheat meal". That is when I discovered #IIFYM and #FlexibleDieting 🙌🏼 and finally saw real results! ⠀
