#wcw goes out to my girl @ktnicoleee ❤️ She had the honor of putting up with me for 16 Weeks while being on prep😬 and I just want to apologize for anything that I did or said during that time bc I promise I didn’t mean anything, I was just hangry😂 I really appreciate everything she did for me, she cooked and cleaned for me and was my number one supporter through the whole thing💗 she was always there to push me to keep going! I love you babe😍
Today was the first day I felt true fatigue, BUT a great amount of progress has been made within the last week. Coach @brandon_geez reminded me that we’re ahead of where I was 4 weeks out from USA’s, so things are going really well. One month from today I’ll be standing on stage at the biggest NPC show in the country. FIRED UP🔥 #MiamiNationals2017#ShapingUp
What motivates you? What really drives you to reach your goals?
Is it an incentive? Fear? Achievement? Growth? Power?
We all have something that motivates and continue to drive us to complete or pursue our goals.
Personally, I am driven by growth and achievement. I love to learn and to be better and will do whatever it takes for me to by MY best. Achieving goals for me means that it's time for me to level up and move on to another goal.
At this moment my goals and motivation are to finally become a certified personal trainer - apparently degrees don't mean as much as a certificate 🙄🙄.
Continuing to learn and grow my body and how it best functions and performs... except right now, because the flu 😩.
Working with my Team O ladies to build their best bodies.❤️

Happy #HumpDay ! 🐪 124.8 this am 😋So if you follow my story you already know that I left two of my “sponsored companies.” One was an awesome protein bar brand that I had the pleasure to represent for years. The people part of the team were awesome but as I continue to preach eating Whole Foods, I cannot promote a protein bar with 100 ingredients made with things I no longer wish to consume in my diet. Things like vegetable oil and soy... I am trying to stay away from! My health is my main priority so for this I have also left the supplement company I was representing because of their use of artificial sweeteners. If you have zero issues with products with sweeteners then don’t mind me but this is a decision I have made MYSELF to take care of my body in the best way possible. Artificial sweeteners don’t do well with my body so I’m choosing to avoid them. I don’t want to have to question what I am putting into my body. Period. I am focusing on my roots... focusing on the Foods our bodies were BUILT to consume and CRAVE! With being in the Army and deploying, yes it will be difficult to eat completely natural but every day I don’t spend in the field or have the ability to control what I eat, I will do what’s right for me. For example, I know we are staying in tents and have no lunch chow (I WILL NOT EAT AN MRE LOL) for a few days when I leave this weekend so I am bringing tuna packets, plant based protein powder and some “minimal clean ingredient” bars with me. I will share with you guys on my story and posts to show you how I “make due” when I am not given the best opportunities to be health conscious. Where there is will there is a WAY! I always find a way! (Remember when I brought a week’s worth of food to the field 😂) Treat your body right! You only have one! #HealthFirst
