In my opinion, I think age is WAY more sensitive than GPA. .
I noticed just because you’re a certain age, society have these expectations. Like what you should be, what you should have, blah blah blah just because of your age 🤔 .
For example at the age of 18 people will assume you graduated High school. .
Other example, In dating, ( From my experience. Lol ) Girls expect a guy at the age of 18 to have a car, own place and stable career or she’s not interested. No disrespect to any female but I’m just saying from my experiences, the females I met are extremely selfish 🤔 yeah I understand the fact a female wants to feel secure but at the same time, isn’t it about building together? If she going have these financial standards then she better bring the same to thing to the table 👌. You expect a guy with a car, you better have a car, you expect a guy to have his own place, you better have your own place, you expect a guy to have a stable career, you better have a stable career. I’m not talking about a minimum wage job, a real professional career. The real deal. 😂 In my opinion, if you don’t bring the same thing to the table then shut the fu*k up 💯. Like how you going to have all these standards and don’t bring the same thing to the table 🙄 . .
Another example, society expects you to own a car at the age of 16. 🙄 Not everybody going to have rich or middle class parents. Some people actually have to work hard and earn it on their own. It’s not like everything given to them. .
At 22, society expects you to be Already graduate from undergraduate with your bachelors. 🤔 but what if a person started college later, what if he took a gap year, what if he had financial issues. 🤔 .
At 26, society expects you to be done with medical school and be in residency. 🤔 .
Honestly fu*k society 🤔. I move when I wanna move. I may be a late bloomer but when I do something I do it right 💯.
My main point is, Everybody has a story so never jump to conclusions. It’s better late than never ☺️. #honorstudent#college#collegestudent#nursingstudent#medicalstudent#medstudent#premed#medicalschool#nursingschool#medicalfield#MD#futuredoctor#RN#registerednurse#Lasvegas
As I was going through the old pictures on my phone tonight, I came across these sheep heart pictures I took during my summer anatomy course, which reminded me exactly why the heart is one of my most favorite organs ever! OUR BODIES ARE BUILT BEAUTIFULLY INSIDE AND OUT❤️💉💊
Kind of a page filler but I also want to say a huge thank you and recognize all of the people who have stuck around while I’ve been in nursing school. My follower count has dropped tremendously but I see my days 1’s still going strong! Thank you to the newbies that are sticking around and supporting me as well! I just can’t thank you guys enough. It feels great to be able to work my butt off in school and still be able to come back to Insta and see my other family! Thanks a million guys! ❤️❤️❤️ #nurse#nursingschool#nurselife#instafam
Our last day on L&D and we got to watch the most beautiful vaginal delivery of twins- one girl one boy. The second twin was breech and delivered foot first! How about a footling breech vaginal delivery to twins to finish things off in L&D rotations 😱 And on top of all that magic, there was beautiful music playing and the room was dimmed. The father's reaction to the babies made us all feel some type of way :') The look on his face when he saw their babies is something that I'll never forget. Most definitely the most emotional delivery I've witnessed.
